  1. So back on track , my son has recently joined the Arb world as a keen self employed trainee, it's only a small set up and he's obviously concerned whether he'll be able to claim anything if he's unable to continue working ?
  2. Sad news , so sorry and really feel for you and your family openspaceman..
  3. Jack , have you managed to sort it as I've not heard from you ? Jase.
  4. If you cant get through because the night service is still active , can you email your number to : [email protected] uk I will then call you.. Jase.
  5. Hi Jack , give us a ring on 01789400044 , I'll be there @ 8.00 and can talk you through the programme on the phone .. Jase.
  6. Hi Bill , sorry only just noticed this. I would firstly do as others have suggested and fit a new return filter although if the tank is up to the max mark and you're working on an incline like you say , they were prone to weeping from the breather. Mac , when he was G.M. Service Manager came up with a mod to raise the height of the breather . If you're still struggling after the filter change I'll see if we still have the bits to make up the mod.. Jase.
  7. On a GreenMech if the roller motor seals fail , the oil would normally end up on the roller. I don't know the TW150 but would imagine the failure would show up the same or are the motors mounted remotely from the rollers ?
  8. Yes I would say the seals are leaking on a roller motor.
  9. Huge congratulations.. ?
  10. West Midlands.. I don't know where you're based but it's worth a call..
  11. You could give Matt Pearson a call on : 07517 473661 He is the knowledge on Kohler
  12. If this was a GreenMech then I would suggest removing the small wire from the starter motor solenoid and going through the start procedure. With the wire disconnected you should be able to hear the fuel solenoid click in as the engine won't be cranking over. Jase.
  13. Not close..
  14. Na na, na na na .....
  15. Call me tomorrow as I think we have now ?
  16. An update , This has been sorted now , turns out this chipper has the wrong ignition switch fitted , it has the crank position on the key instead of the normal on/off ignition switch. Simply moving to a different outer terminal and it worked. Jase.
  17. You could just try squashing the red terminals with a pair of pliers to close them up a bit or if you have spare terminals and crimping pliers , replace them ? Don't let either wire short to earth though.. Jase..
  18. No it's unusual and hopefully neither has shorted out to earth as that could possibly blow the circuit board.. Rumour , what rumour..? ?
  19. BTW, there should be three terminals on the ignition switch , one in the middle and two outer terminals. Connect one wire to the middle terminal and the other wire to one of the outer terminals , it doesn’t matter which wire goes to which terminal.. Jase.. Oh yeah , there’s something big coming soon from GreenMech , just in case you haven’t heard the rumour..?
  20. They go to the ignition switch..
  21. And it's a beast...
  22. It's a CM220 Dan.
  23. Maybe worth giving GreenMech a call on the off chance they still have some in stock ? Unless you've already done so ?
  24. Cos the foods crap in France..? ??
  25. We are back on 2nd Jan , but I will keep an eye on '[email protected]' emails if anyone is desperate for help.. Jase.
