  2. Looking at an 8050at the moment, wondering what’s the max size chipper it can manage?
  3. Reckon they might be a wee bit busy at the moment recalling shite chassis’s!
  4. Chainsawbars.co.uk the only place online to buy bars and chains. 3 day delivery to Ireland every time without fail.... can’t recommend rob d highly enough!
  5. Looks well proud of his days work!
  6. Surely no tickets means no using machinery, he can still work as a laborer?
  7. At 15’ long I wouldn’t fancy tipping rearward anyway, the slightest camber would be enough to put it on its side. A serious bit of kit though...
  8. They steal your heart and then they break it... couldn’t be without one though!

    50 cc saw

If you have a 372 on 3/8 try the 562 on an 18” 3/8 bar, save messing about with different size chains and files, bars will be interchangeable too. Not much heavier than a 550 and it’s a proper beast of a saw!
  10. As above, is it possible to retro fit the reverse drive system to a valtra or fendt? If so, how expensive?
  11. My three out in the snow earlier this month....13yr old yorkie cross gets grumpy if she’s left at home but can’t keep up with the two young uns so gets a piggyback most days... [emoji16][emoji16]
  12. Get a tractor/digger and flail in for a few hours and save yourself a lot of ballache....
  13. 395, anything over 30” put a skip chain on it from rob d @ chainsawbars
  14. Hopefully they’ll be more useful than that comment...
  15. Has anyone tried these little compressors?
  16. My border collie bitch ,Jess... there’s a terrier bitch there too that never sits still long enough for a photo
  17. What about putting a lightweight 20” bar and skip chain on it?
  18. Efco 156/oleo mac 956 would be close enough, not as quick in the cut but torquey and solid.
  19. Have no back pain so far but just trying to look after myself really. Went from landscaping to full time chipper monkey in October so feeling my age the last few weeks... putting on a small bit of Xmas weight isn’t making last week any easier either!!
  20. Can you explain how you do that?
  21. Looks a good job but any greenmech I’ve ever used was a hire company’s that constantly clogged on evergreens... the trailer and tilt setup looks a right good job though. Any idea of price?
  22. Does such a machine exist? Finding that the bosses tr8 does a lot of smearing and scuffing when positioning on wet ground.
  23. First saw I ever bought was an Efco 4100 , have it 8 years. Still gets used for small firewood and roots with a 12” powersharp bar. What are you gonna use the saw for?
  24. The blue one on donedeal?
