  1. Jonsered 2188 is after coming up for sale locally, very little work done, bought to block up a big tree in a hurry. 2' and 3' bar for €600. Aren't they a husky 390?
  2. It would be the go-to saw for me in the jeep 24/7 just in case, 550xp is too expensive and i dont like electronics either. What bar and chain have you on yours?
  3. Thanks dirtybiker but I'd rather have a new one considering it'll be my main saw. How did you get on with it? I've heard they need a good pull to start but nothing else bad about them.... Have had a few problems with the newer tanaka hedgetrimmers buthopefully saws are different....
  4. Are echo and shindaiwa the same? Can't find any dealers over here...
  5. Looking to replace saws. Have an efco 4100 (40cc 15" bar) and husky 61 on a 20" bar. also looking for a light pruning saw and reckon the h 540 is too big and expensive. I was considering the tanaka tcs2801 (10" bar) and the ecv4501 (15"bar) and and husky372 or 576 (24"bar). Im a landscaper so they wouldn't be used every day but I do a lot of firewood and hedgerow work over the winter so need reliable gear, not cheap shite... I'm based on Limerick, Ireland.
  6. It's my biggest saw at the moment, on a 20" bar but looking to pick up a 372 or 576 and run it with a 24" bar. I know very little about modifying gear, any website/YouTube's recommendations?
  7. Running a husky 61 at the moment, any point doing much to it?
