  3. I still carry my jsp 398 card, guidance for opening fire,in my wallet after the last few visits I have had at the farm I would like to think this might help in the worst situation.
  4. You need a ea derogation available online to have a bonfire to burn your own arisings,so if there is a complaint it's on the system and the ea will probably not bother with it,this is how it was explained to me at my last ea compliance inspection a few weeks ago.
  5. Check out eama auction site in Norfolk in there plant sale they have a m reg ex fire service mog with a hiab, has a transfer box fault but stil drives it made fifteen thousand in last months auction and now it is relisted?

  9. My brother hires an avant at the moment, but he wants a multi one because apparently he can get the height to tip into a farm grain trailer.
  10. i was talking to a friend of mine who runs a ground works company today, quote I got to my yard this morning to find a 40 foot low loader loaded with a large tarmac planer and a van parked in the lay-by,the driver was outside drinking tea so spotting a opportunity I asked him where he was working and would they like to drop the old tarmac in the yard for a drink. He replied that yesterday he was in a Morrisons car park in Herefordshire and was told to drive to this location near Attleborough in Norfolk park up overnight for today's job about a 200 mile trip, then he said that he was only expecting 7 tons of waste which he could hold in the machine so he didn't need to get rid as this wouldn't put him overweight,he was happy as he would be driving back to Herefordshire and get home before tea. We then worked out that they had brought this kit over to strip 30 square meters at the most of tarmac and driving past the works today I think that was pushing it. I can't remember the name of the company and the resurfacing was carried out on a B road, approved contractor?taking the hit or billed to the council.
  11. I think we are all getting visitors at the moment,we have just started removing our address of goggle maps as this is the only thing I can think of what is a big arrow to us apart from companies house with the limited companies information, the only thing what seems to be stopping them coming right into the yard is the cctv.
  12. Nice to see you up and running, good looking beast.
  13. Yes it is,importing one from the USA is the cheapest way.
  14. In my part of Norfolk they use a modified hedge cutter with a rotary digging head on the back of a tractor to form the grips with one escort, this enables them to form a grip very quickly.
  15. Could you get away with this

  20. Yep I agree the salesman looked at me like I was an alien when I said that I thought a 200kw biomass boiler was a bit large to heat a medium size farmhouse,it's not about the size of the house it's the Rhi payment,it will pay for its self in five years he said,I thanked him and walked off bemused what I would do with a boiler that size.
  21. I was speaking to a biomass boiler salesman at the Norfolk show this year about this,he said the system was flawed from the start so of course people are going to take advantage of it.
