This valve controls the fuel rail pressure when it starts going wrong it will not through up a error code the only way to diagnose it is looking at the live fuel rail pressure, if it is faulty you will see big variations in the pressure in the rail coinciding with stalling uneven idle and slow throttle response.
  5. Sounds like the fuel metering valve on the back of the high pressure pump,live data on the fuel rail pressure would confirm this.

Reminds me when I dismantled an ash tree for a friend, he sorted the genie from another friend as a favour,told him you pilot and I cut which was fine until I cut a lump off with a small peg this caught on the basket giving a bit of a rock looked round mate on the floor shouting we are going over,never new he was afraid of heights.one for the climbers though I'm a land lubber now but I did climb a tree the other week for the first time in ages,It hurt bad, still is.

  8. I would have a word with a good local hydraulic supplier,my local one redesigned my chippers hydraulic circuit to my specs and supplied the components a lot cheaper than i thought they would be.
  9. I borrowed a friends ryobi attachment,if I remember it fitted with no mods.

  11. This is the setup on my chipper,the hydraulic winch is mounted on top of the feed intake and controlled with one spool and a three way diverter valve.
  12. The small bits of land normally go for stupid money,near me ag land is about ten thousand an acre a small wet meadow near a friend of ours about three acres is up for a guide of sixty grand crazy.

  14. I'm fine thanks I have a dynamic on tracks,the thing I liked about the 280 is the intake hopper design it's just missing a winch,I think I will try to persuade my brother to have a look at one when his old tw finally gives up the ghost .
  15. Just had a good look at the new Tw280 at the Norfolk show today,looks like a good bit of kit.
  16. Ask for a itemised bill then get on Google to research prices,from what you have said he has replaced a coil,the plastic bit,if he had replaced both valves why did he not leave them with you?.
  17. Deet is the best but it does seem to take the colour out of your t shirts.
  18. The gandin did not sell at the last auction the reserve on it was 2200 if I remember correctly .
  19. Just a heads up there are a few chippers going through cheffins Cambridge auctions next week, there is a gandin,Jensen and a couple of carltons.
  20. Import one its not that hard,I used a shipping company to get my dynamic chipper from Baltimore USA to my place in Norfolk door to door it cost me three grand.
