  1. We will just check for the beetles & then it looks like it may be saw, digger & fire.
  2. Hello everyone, Looking for some advice please - We have a beautiful - What we think is a English Elm in our Garden, We found the tree in a farm woodland about 20 years ago & moved it, we are guessing when we moved it it was maybe 10 years old ( easy work with a 3 ton digger & trailer ). The tree is standing 25 - 30ft tall & has a rounded canopy covering 20 - 25ft, we noticed some of the leaves not doing so well last year & this year there are more dead leaves almost making the ground underneath look like autumn with fallen leaves. Guessing its Elm disease can any one give any advice please, as a percentage it still has normal green looking leaves on about 90% of the tree, but the dead leaves are getting more. If it is mild Elm disease are there any experimental treatments going around that might help save this tree. Thank You, Timber-Don
  3. We like the looks of this do you have the big one in stock
  4. Excellent, I'm afraid to say this might only be the beginning & any thing might or could happen, give it 2 or 3 weeks we could be the laughing stock of the world, & yes making the history books for the wrong reasons. ALL the political figures ( well the most awkward ones ) should join hands to get this BREXIT thing sorted out, after all it dose affect everyone from every walk of life, " stronger together - not fighting between ourselves " Good luck & good bless the UK,
  5. Found this summary explaining the election result earlier & just thought it needed sharing: So the Conservatives won , but lost... Labour lost, but won... The SNP won & lost in Scotland, but still won and the Conservatives won in Scotland but lost UKIP lost, but because of Brexit they've already won The winner Mrs May is been told to resign because she didn't win and she wont because she won even though she lost This about sums the election up, So who the bloody hell is in charge ?
  6. Just watched it:congrats: Don't know about any one else, count me in where do we sign up !
  7. Whoops, What the hell next ? orange, green, blue or red, this election needed an outright winner / leader to get the job done with brexit, & brexit is another question all by its self, what the hell will happen in the coming days, weeks or months, Where will we be this time next year, We all have plenty of questions & no one can give answers, oh well time to fasten down the hatch's & its every man for him self, We should at lease form a brexit negotiations team taking the most awkward of all the polititions from all parties, & that should get a good job done, the only important thing now is to fight our corner with Europe now the people of the Uk have chosen to step to the side, Can any one predict what we will see in the coming hours, days or weeks, what will we be saying in 12 months time when we look back at Friday 9th of June 2017 ?
  8. just done that that looks mad, I will let you know how I get on but there is all sorts of tractor pulling stuff on you tube, even garden tractor pullers, that's me done for the night
  9. Never seen anything like this before, I thought with hydrostatic gear box it would have give up a lot sooner than it did, I'm sure the real thing's go much quicker & with more noise & I bet this loader used a fair bit les fuel.
  10. Hi there Richy B, If you dont mind me jumping in on the discussion you should realy consider a Multione loader , I am fairly sure you will get a loader that lifts more, reaches further & travels faster for less money.
  11. With the kanga they have a very short track base & if you have weight on the front when you turn left or right it pivots on the front of the frack launching the rear platform of the machine sideways, very dangerours in the wrong hands, because they are skid steer they make a fair bit of mess turning on lawns
  12. Kanga is not for me I used 1 once & discovered they are fairly slow on a job, forward & back / forward & back all day, if its wet the ground is chured up as they are skid steer. Get a 1.5 ton mini digger with a simple rake instead of a bucket, you will be so much quicker & the digger will do other work.
  13. Just used one of those MultiOne 7.2 loaders over the weekend to build a massive bonfire, The task was to round brash from a 20ft farm hedge once the pleachers had finished laying the hedge. The 7.2 MultiOne with a standard muck grapple handled the job very nicely with plenty of power & reach, the machine was not to heavy on the ground, so no mess. highly recommend you all take a look at this machine, very impressive & not to many fancy switch's nice & basic.
