  1. Now that is offensive !! lol
  2. Obviously I now have the right genitalia and I was born with the wrong ones ? I thought this thread was about log goblins ?
  3. I’m transgender.......any questions about it....feel free to ask
  4. I spent 25 years fitting kitchens before changing ( literally ).... First saw I bought for work was a 261.... stihl use it and stihl love it ?
  5. Is it a metal lining in the chimney , or one that was created using an inflatable "sausage" and infilled around with pumice type stuff ? If it was the latter and you live in an old stone house the recent spate of hot weather could have caused movement in the stone walls and created a fissure through which smoke is escaping.... As said before , get some smoke pellets and see where it goes .
  6. Yep...I have a 5 litre one...... I think they are much better than the Husky ones. You can get them on ebay...."All Spares Eire " sell them.
  7. Is there a " Show us your moisture meter " thread ? ?
  8. Plus one ? ......That’s why we wear ear defenders ?
  9. It’s an absolute must, to have a good pair of eyes on the ground ...... I priced this up at £220.....Took just over half a day. And yes “ Stihlmadasever “ , tying in to limbs that move when you move is a bit freaky !
  10. Not in the same league as you “big boys”. This is about as big as I go in terms of pruning. Only had to climb up to do the top of the crown. Any comments gracefully taken on board ?
  11. This morning we had a couple of lawns to do and then had to pop and see an old lady to see what she wanted doing in her garden. Arrived at the first customer , got everything round the back of the house and waited for her to come out. She came out of the door and the first thing she said to us was: "Do you think you could trim my bush...." Well, I nearly pissed myself 'cus I saw the funny side to it ..... I had to hurriedly go round the corner of the house ...I was nearly in tears ! Luckily my mate managed to hold himself together... Anyway , the next job went well without any odd occurrences. We then moved on to see the old lady who had asked me to go round to assess her garden..... I knocked on the door , rang the bell...and waited. She opened the door , wearing a very loose fitting dressing gown. As she turned round to get the key off the hall table , her dressing gown opened to reveal her boobs in all their glory !! My mate and I didn't know where to look !! It's a funny old World......
  12. It’s all very well being able to survive a fall , but factor in a chainsaw falling with you at the same time and I think the chances of injuries would increase somewhat ! In fact........If you fell 16 metres and you weighed 100kg , you would reach about 64km/h and hit the ground in 1.8 seconds..... Not factoring any friction ? As you can tell , it’s a quiet morning here ? Greetings from sunny (not) Tenby
  13. Still enjoying my MDL Powerup chipper. Goes well. Seriously thinking of reducing the width of the axle and removing the wheel guards to allow access down narrow side paths. It is too wide as it stands.
  14. So .... I have to freeze to death next Winter.... on my canal boat .....
  15. Surely the train drivers must have seen the ladders ?!!! Would they not have reported it in ?
  16. .....Or having their tea !!
  17. Try to stay away from leaving any pegs they are dangerous and unproductive Yes..... I've read / heard about all that stuff. I don't go climbing every day/week and I'm not into high productivity. At 56 , they are good to rest my legs on !
  18. Finishing off a job I went to last year , in Wales. Not very clear , but I am in the tree ! I don't like working in the rain on my own !
  19. On a slightly smaller scale.....But having a Scout Hut , Scout Trailer and garden shed underneath. Finished it off with the 441....Loving that saw
