I do 20 hours a week as a Support Worker. That gives me a low level income , but steady. I get 5 weeks holiday too. I am self employed. That gives me a safety cushion , or an easy time if I get too knackered doing trees and stuff. I am nearly 57. I would suggest to try building up your tree/garden work around your local community....Do a good job and get known. Get some small leaflets out there and bit by bit you can build up the amount of work coming in.

Just saw him on the News. Pictured coming out of hospital , he looked so poorly. Very sad. Reminded me of the way my Dad looked just before he passed away a couple of months ago...

Forgot my chainsaw lanyard the other day....had to utilise my climbing rope ....alpine butterfly and a biner sorted it. Made me extra careful cutting anything ! -
