  1. From reading these few lines off everyone why on earth would you do It? There must be some good bits to it?
  2. How many days lost in those £1500 in repairs? Vehicles are going to cost you money either way. Another option is to buy new and look after it properly until it dies.if serviced regularly (8k miles) it will last 200000 plus easily.. Just changed oil and oil filter on my truck at 6000. Will get its 12000 in schedule. The extra are well worth the £100 they cost.
  3. I'm running a double cab navara at the moment and I love it it's new it tows fine which is important as I've got 2 mowers that weigh a tonne each. Bit thirsty but then it's big pulling a lot around behind it. If I had a van I'd need another car as I take/fetch kids to/from school. Just short of £29k
  4. How much has the Peugeot cost in repairs this year?
  5. I do the same as you in out mowers strimmers blowers etc..... Mine is on unlimited mileage. Yes it may hit you for a few quid at the end but in the term of the lease you've had no breakdowns to stop you working as well as costing you money. It works for me.
  6. Get rid and lease something as you will be able to get to work all the time. How many days do you need to lose to get the £3k back?

  11. I remember Jeremy clarkson printing his in the sun then getting money taken out
  12. 😀😀😀😀😀😀
  13. More seriously id go down to your local sign writing shop and have a chat. You will soon end up with something you like
  14. Are you matelot in disguise ?
  15. Stats can be twisted to suit a purpose
  16. Not quite on topic but just seen this! http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p03bkx39
  17. Eat apples they are good for you😀
  18. That's probably worth the money. It will have been looked after.
  19. I use quick books online. Dead easy you can quote or invoice from your phone via an app. You can even take payments though I'm not sure how as I've never used it. Worth a look. Also buy from pc world or the like as the first year will be about £20 for the basic which is what I use. Instead of £6 or so a month.
  20. I think your doing the right thing. I sold some kit that rarely got used a couple of years ago and tbh I wish I'd kept them. For what I got for them they would have been better coming out once in a blue moon to earn something. I won't sell any kit now I don't think unless I stop.
  21. I do think it's more to do with the bad mouthing persons business not working quite right and needing the money. The guy who did it too me recently had to move(I presume had to) out of a really expensive house in the cathedral quarter in Lincoln to one of the local villages to a property worth less than half the old one. I made me think he was struggling for work and getting frustrated.
  22. How long did that take? Looks good btw😀
  23. I had this last year with a chap from the next village. Complaining I stole his customers(I didn't ) blah blah blah.... Just ignore and move on. I think the same as you by the way. There is loads of work out there if you do a good job. Why be acrimonious with other business's. Throw each other work you don't want/ can't do it can't get to in s timely manner. What goes around comes around. Keep smiling 😀
  24. That's the thing I think do what's worked for you. And if it has your bound to tell others about it.😀
  25. In 7 years commercial use of 2 stroke tools I've never had one breakdown on account of oil mix the only things I've had go wrong are carbs, fuel lines/filters and cables. I'm not saying the expensive oil isn't better just that as long as you use the right mix the fuel should be fine!!
