  3. Don't forget to add your addresd😀😀😀
  4. Oops app went funny😹😹😹
  5. My dad has one for the verges and lawns etc on the farm. Had it a couple of years says it's the best mower he's had for the farm as it will do everywhere that needs cutting. He used to have to have 2 machines.

  7. Where are you based Lincolnshire is a big place?
  8. Still going with my round not done any for about 10 days though. Not too wet here so I think I will go out later in week and do a few
  9. Here is another way of looking at it. Should dealers only sell to those who are local to them? Because if you will do internet sales then why should you put someone to the back of the line for repairs if they bring to you for repairs having bought online?

Another thought I'd try and speak to your dad about expanding your role or even his business so you could play a part in it more. Then maybe come to a better pay structure?

Sorry being flippant😀(wish I had £50k) but spent more than that over the years and keep spending👎 It's hard to make a living in this world. I do think you need your own business or be a doctor/ banker to make any real money

Spend about £50k on kit. Pack in working for your dad and go it alone..….…… The grass is not always greener. Sometimes less is more.
  13. Unless you mean paying less as I did before. It did not work that's why I won't pay less now
  14. ?????
  15. No but still at college 3 days a week. I tried other lads paying them less and they were all useless! I would not pay less than that anyway as its not in my interest to have someone working and not paying attention to detail. Like anything you get what you pay for.
  16. I pay my lad £50 for a 7 hour day. To me he's worth it as I can leave him to get on with it and do other things
  17. I agree with that. You will get far more from them if you pay them something worth having!
  18. Pay someone £2 an hour and see what you get! I'm not talking big money but people need to put a roof over their heads. However just looked it up and for a 21 year old it's £6.70.
  19. If you want someone good you you need to pay them a decent wage. Minimum apprentice wage will get you an idiot most likely
  20. FR Jones has 30% off stihl pro saws I think. Did not click on link to see what there was. Bought a mower for a good price though😀 Edit just looked at the link some good deals. But you've got to pick up presumably as will fall under stihl online policy
  21. I found the l200 a pain when towing as when pulling out from a t junction you had to change up half way round the turn which is a pain on busy roads
  22. That's impressive I bet it munches it's way through most things!
