  1. I'm not either. If I get what your saying we should ban everything or nothing?
  2. As others have said it sounds like the carb/ fuel issue. But as its new I'd be taking it back and standing and waiting for them to look at it! Hope you get it sorted
  3. I keep a van vault in the load bed not ideal but it keeps stuff in one place
  4. Hydrostatic is fine until the hydro pump fails then it's in the bin! Not happened to me yet thankfully!
  5. Oops did not read that bit very well!! I would not want to walk that anymore but I'm lucky to have the big machines! I did not think they went that small!! I got a push 18 inch for about £375 earlier this year. Hrg466 £325 now on mowwithus I got mine from local Honda place which is why mine was more I guess! Don't mind though as they would help me if it or other stuff did break not tell me 3 weeks or more!! Well worth the extra
  6. Glad you said that!! Out of interest was the bad one still working?
  7. Which is why I'd get the smallest push Honda izy for about£375 And throw it away when it's knackered at his proposed use it should last 5 or more years
  8. It makes me think I should be checking some of my machines out! Mind you I don't like taking them to bits when they seem OK! Mind you I've swopped to aspen for the hedge cutters now!
  9. What kind of use is the bad one getting? I'd say not very much for it to be that caked up in oil
  10. Maybe I've got 2 Toro mowers but both are the huge ride on cylinder mowers 6 and 7 foot cuts. Both excellent but both big money. There is only so much that £600 will buy you. Try and get something with a Japanese engine on it.
  11. Amazing what nature can do! Trees could live thousands of years like that!
  12. My wife is a teacher and has just this month had this years 1% rise backdated to September 3 months worth is a grand total of £93
  13. Guns are not something that interests me at all. If you want to go shoot pigeons or other things that's fine though. I think the controls we have are probably good enough as the people who are stupid enough to shoot people are going to be using illegal guns most likely anyway. Thinking about the gun problems in the US. They can't just outright ban them now as the law abiding people would be the ones to give them up whereas the criminal nutters would carry on as normal. Easy lift guy you say the schools etc are gun free zones. Is that the school itself or an area including the school?
  14. We will never win the argument over guns with the Americans and they will never stop wanting them no matter how many senseless deaths come in mass shootings.
  15. Which part eggs you not being allowed or the gun that Mrs eggs has? I think after all these years and your convictions being spent I think you perhaps should be able to. But as the rules stand they are stupid as there is a gun in your finger tips almost how can that happen if you are "not suitable " So I do think it's madness
  16. I've lived in China, Spain ,Tenerife France and Italy over the years and loved them all in their own ways. However it's family I always missed in the end so the midlands somewhere (close enough to family but not on any of their doorsteps!)not that bothered where as long as it's in the countryside.
  17. I did not climb it just the ladder! That's why arms are hurting as was using secateurs, loppers and pole pruner for the very middle. Bit annoyed that I did not take a picture before. Will try and take in picture in spring when it's in blossom hopefully it will look nice
  18. Took about a foot off it just this years growth. Forgot to take a picture before I started😡
  19. No go for the tickets if you want to be in arb. I've got a ms170 I use for small jobs cross cutting etc. No tickets but do use ppe and common sense😀 If I wanted to do trees for a living I would get the tickets
