  1. Sugihara do a bar for the MS201T My mate has one.
  2. Very cool! Some great pics there. The charity I work at has recently opened a cafe in the main Coventry Cathederal. It's called Rising from the Rubble cafe and it has a 1940s theme to it. Trip advisor has rated it no 3 restaurant in Cov. Looks like 1940s is the latest thing Congrats on the renewing of your vows
  3. I did a train journey in Spain last year 40 mins. The equivalent journey in Britain would have taken 2.5 hours
  4. TIMON

    Mogtransit

Hopefully it doesn't have a duratorque in it.....
  5. Speaks the voice of experience!
  6. Hi Rich. Very versatile mini climbing system. Sadly the rope on mine got caught on some jagged metal when I was doing a Connie removal on a really messy job so all the remaining component parts got scattered into other bits of my kit. So even though it died it still lives on. I'll post some pics next week.
  7. Many Happy Returns Mate!!
  8. Someone once told me that they never bothered to vote cos The House of Commons Party always got elected regardless..... An exercise in futility I think he called it...
  9. We run an 80's U1250ag unimog and it doesn't miss a beat (although it's having a new clutch fitted next week) Also an 02 plate transit tipper. I dread the thought of replacing either vehicle. The new trannys look awful and the engine has shrunk to medium car size. 2.2L The firm that used to own our Mog replaced it with a new shape one and have already got rid of it. I like the look of the Kamaz trucks that are made in Russia. They look pretty indestructible and win the Paris Dakar. Not sure if they do a 3.5t tipper though
  10. They should rename themselves... "The Mediocre Sentimentalist Party" Has a nice ring to it, don't you think?
  11. Just a thought here...... In the unlikely event that he got elected and managed to form some sort of a government....., What would happen when we tried to deport/extradite terrorists? Would they be given even bigger houses for them and their families to live in courtesy of the taxpayer?? Even more ludicrous "human rights" To prevent their extradition/deportation? In fact they would probably be eligible for government grants and funding to carry out their operations! Just tick the right diversity boxes on the form...etc.... It wouldn't be the first time that the loony left have funded sick and twisted ideologies. God help us if they ever did get in.
  12. Speak to Andy at Global Sales BHAM . He got our Greenmech 220 second hand for us. It's been excellent.
  13. Here's a couple of pics of mine. I'll try and dig some more stuff out tomorrow
  14. Sounds like you would get on famously with a hitch climber pulley and distel hitch. Mid line attachable and easy to see how the hitch cord is wearing. All the characteristics of a device with the security and peace of mind of rope.
  15. Thanks mate.... Mrs Ti says you're very kind and generous.
  16. Last Spanish sunset 2015. Tomorrow we're coming back to rain, rain,rain....
  17. Prices have shot up lately... 3.5t market is a sellers market these days. Compared to what you pay for a 7.5t truck...
  18. 70k very low mileage for the year. A good buy if it's genuine
  19. Not many round our way Eggs. 2 years ago there were loads but now you don't get much for £3k
  20. Can you not find an LDV with a blown engine and transplant your lump into that? (Then continue to save up for something decent) The price of 3.5t trucks is silly at the moment. We payed £3k for an 02 single cab tranny with high sided ally box. I thought that was expensive til I saw what else was out there for ridiculous money. Feel your pain
  21. Very reassuring.
  22. Not mistaken It is PPE rated.
  23. Hi Jon. Last day in Spain 30c... Heading back to the rainy UK tomorrow.
  24. I've use improvised tool strops made out of climbing rope before. But am I right in thinking that in the event of a saw getting trapped in a cut it could potentially pull you out of the tree? Another climber told me of an instance where this has happened. Prefer the bungee type strop myself.
  25. A significant part of our staple diet
