1. According to the liberal agenda there are no diversity boxes for Christians or Jews. Apparently, we didn't make the cut.

Books

My in laws bought me this for my birthday. It's one of my favourite books ever. Very useful read.
3. My bad ! Can't find the blushing icon....,,,
4. Pics would help I have found Teufelberger ocean polyester eye to eye friction cord to be good. A good way to progress onto this system is to start with a michoachan eye tie or distel (both are good grippy hitches) and once you are comfortable then try a VT. If you are switching from a Prussic or blakes to a HC then it my be your thrusting tecnique. I encountered this when I switched systems, I found that when I was holding the tail of my mainline to support my weight the hitch didn't grip because I was used to holding my weight off the hitch (Prussic) to advance it. Practice putting your weight on the hitch to get it to grip once you have thrusted up. Hope this makes sense for you.
5. At least Trump would be able to pay his own rent! The Hamza and Choudry households were funded by the taxpayer.
6. You can also use a caribiner to tighten your strop On this stem I was anchored to a neighbouring tree for safety and then used two strops , the black strop is a zillon strop choked with a caribiner. You can just make it out at the bottom of the picture.
7. Morning VI! I am celebrating the journey and thankful for the position we find ourselves in. Even though we live in a very damaged world Have a nice day! Ti
8. VI , I totally agree with you that the one thing we don't need any more of on this planet is, hate. I can't help but notice though..... This tiny, minuscule, minority of extremists are very busy and seem to get about a fair bit. I find much of what Donald Trump stands for abhorrent but, I hope that perhaps some good will come from his comments as our politicians seem to have been living in complete denial when it comes to extremism and how widespread it really is. When I was a heroin addict all of my supply came from where? And from which section of society? Yes you've guessed it! The elders of said community deliberately targeted British youth with it. I heard the term "soft Jihad" mentioned more than once. Look how many lives are destroyed by it in this country. How many arb firms have had their gear stolen by addicts desperate for their next fix..... And look at the source. I'm not into hating anyone... and we do a lot of work for people from that section of society who are really decent, honest folk. My mum works at a school that is very "multicultural" and it is well known that a very significant number of the kids there are very supportive of extremist ideologies, which are picked up in the home. To understand why "Jihad" is a doctrine that is easily spread to impoverished, disenfranchised Muslim males it is necessary to understand Muslim theology.. Unlike Christian teachings where eternal salvation is assured through Christ and his atoning sacrifice on our behalf, The Koran offers no such assurance, a Muslim believes that at his judgement his deeds in this life are weighed between good and bad. If the good deeds outweigh the bad deeds then he goes to paradise. If the bad ones outweigh the good ones then he burns. The ONLY way the Koran offers "assured salvation" is by becoming a martyr fighting jihad. This is why this doctrine is easily spread. It is also why it is becoming more and more widespread, not just in war torn poverty stricken nations but in the playgrounds of British schools. I haven't written this post as a hateful person, or a religious bigot. I do have strong beliefs that are grounded in Christian faith and I'm not afraid to share them, but I'm not going to try and force them on people or blow myself up. Timon
9. Years ago I did some agency driving for parcel force. Got given a Merc Sprintef and a load of parcels. Took the list of addresses and off I went. After trying my hardest to deliver them all I returned to the depot with about half of the parcels, thinking I'd done a crap job and they would never hire me again. When I handed my delivery totals in they told me that most agency drivers managed to deliver about 12%-18% of their parcels and that I'd done really well! I don't envy anyone doing that job.
10. Playing the drums. Reading. Eating out (when I get the chance) Homiletics (preaching). Charity fundraising (more of a vocation than a hobby). And Arbtalk of course....,,
11. Donald Trump is to the Republican Party what Jeremy Corbin is to the Labour Party Question is..... Who would be worse if they were elected?
12. Jeremy Corbyn reminds me of my youth when I was an anarchist punk (many moons ago) I used to go on class war demos, CND marches. Etc... There were always these middle class Socialist Worker Party types hanging round on the periphery, living vicariously off the thug element. These types were always ready to encourage or sponsor any kind of crazy cause as long as it ticked the anti-establishment box.
13. DMM stuff is my preference. They make some great gear. You can feel the quality. (Even with the recent recall).
14. Good post
15. Bet that's good for finding underground services!
16. Thanks guys. Eye level it is then. (Probably with a stool)
17. Wait for the missus to put her very best threads in the machine and at the last minute sneak your chainsaw trousers in but first stuff lots of toilet paper in the pockets and don't zip them up. After the inevitable hurricane a compromise will be reached where you can get to use the machine provided you clean it afterwards
18. Thanks Josh... I never thought of using a chair... Far too obvious!! When God was handing out brains I thought he said "trains" so I jumped on a slow one.
19. Recently got one of these but haven't got round to setting it up yet. My question is, when setting it up on a bench how high should I fix it. Would it be better to have it more or less at eye level rather than at waist height? Does anyone have any experience of this or used one in this way?? Thanks

23. Surprisingly cheap (thankfully) This guy decided to cut our mog up on a roundabout, gave the passenger a cheeky grin (thinking he was the driver) and darted in front. Bad move! Didn't even mark the paintwork on the mog
