I have only once had a bad bit of snaking, trailer load of 20mm ballast. I just eased off, and it settled down luckily, then stopped and shovelled some of the ballast forward to put more weight on the tow vehicle. Problem solved towed well after that. Glad you walked away from it, it is a nasty feeling when it happens. H A

i was told that chocolate covered rasins are the best bait, I got all the ones in our kitchen with normal rasins. H-A

I had them eating the bird food, quite tame got close enough for a good picture with my phone. I dont think you will ever get rid of them, its their bigger cousins that I get rid of. H-A

I had one client who said "if you need a wee, would you mind doing it on my compost heap", she said it would help it rot down. At least she realised that we all need to go. H-A

That is what I use on dogs and children, both don't mind:biggrin: Twisting works well for me, worst bit is when you tread on a full one that has fallen off the dog. like stepping on a blood grape. H-A

My daughter had a tick this week, got it at Guides playing in the long grass. Used the dog tick remover, little fork thing, twisted it off. Kept tick, incase of complications, killed it in freezer. Kept an eye on the bite mark, but no sign of infection, or bulls eye rash. Good to know what to look out for. H-A

At least they are quiet. We have one of these in the area at the moment. Roaming peacock ruffling feathers in Horsley - Get Surrey It was sat on my neighbours roof making a good noise at 05.00hrs. So I played it the Peahen mating call fro Youtube, OMG I did not realise that they flew so well, now he is searching for his mate about 20 door down the road:biggrin: H-A

Perhaps the "Tory Boys" just get on the phone, and a nice man with a lorry come round with a 6 Yard skip, you give him £250 quid and he takes it away when it is full. That is what I normally do. Much easier than making lots of trips to the tip and getting the car dirty. H-A

I was trying to buy PS3 full chisel, One of the chains has a double raker. Can someone give me a positive ID on these 2 Stihl chains. 3/8"P 1.3, what is the benefit of the double thickness raker? Thanks H-A
