    Thanks for the replies, now a bit happier with the rebuild. Waiting for postman now, new fuel pickup pipe and AV rubber. Looks like it will be a good saw. Bought it at a boot sale, the owner took it to HSS, and they said it was not repairable, not sure they could get it apart. I would say £5 well spent. H-A

    Hi, I am in the process of rebuilding an 020 AV Super. Have had the carb in the ultrasonic tank and now I am replacing the gaskets and diaphrams. The new flappy non return type gasket is made from a blue celluloid , is this normal? as the original one was black rubber material. Thanks H-A
