  1. I've got a Chinese top handle, had it a couple of years and just put a carb kit in it. It does the job for £80, carb was going out of adjustment all the time and the plastic feels fragile but not actually broke anything off it yet. I'd like something a bit bigger than 25cc but not keen on spending a fortune for what little use it gets.
  2. My uncle lived next door to a dealer in stolen goods and he got a lot of bargains off him. As my uncle always said, "good fences make good neighbours" Joke alert. Sent from my KFFOWI using Arbtalk mobile app
  3. Take your spanner and just leave the bars, I'd have been sleeping under the tree if they were my saws.
  4. Does it start up if you flick it to fast idle ? It might want to be a bit richer on the L screw.
  5. Just watched it again and the trunk bounced over her head and I don't think she knew how to stop the saw either, mad as a bag of cats.
  6. Manchester is not 3rd world hole of any kind. Sent from my KFFOWI using Arbtalk mobile app
  7. Just read through this thread and thought "nobody has mentioned that karona is anorak spelt backwards"
  8. I doubt the people who steal saws are breaking them for parts, more likely selling them to a fence as quickly as possible so they don't get caught in possession. These people don't want the work of stripping saws, just as much cash as they can get and on to the next crime scene.
  9. I was out today and spotted some sheep in a field with trees and they were standing on their hind legs to get the low hanging leaves. The trees were mostly Ash.
  10. Teach her about snedding please
  11. They won't eat horseradish plants I went with a mate to pick a car up and the woman there said she didn't know what they were but they were the only thing the goats didn't touch. I told here what they were and to dig up the roots late in the year to use them. She felt better about them after as she had thought they might be poisonous. I think your trees would be at risk if you kept the goats in there. [ame] [/ame]
  12. Are you having problems with what is on it now?
  13. Ex mate, I've been under a few Transits and I'd fall out with anyone who brought me one on a bank holiday weekend It's been 38° in the greenhouse on our back garden today.
  14. I watched a bloke last year doing a bank at Wells harbour with one of the remote controlled mulchers. It was impressive
  15. There's a pink hawthorn grows in a hedge off the High street here and it looks nice in flower.
  16. Or Valeriana officinalis Known as kiss me quick. The white one has albus tagged on the end.
  17. Get some copper cored from ebay same thickness or the boot will not seal at the coil end.
  18. I had a concrete path in the back garden and wanted to take it out. I started with a pick, hammer and bar and soon realised I was getting nowhere as it was thick and reinforced with building rubble so I hired an electric breaker. Thinking it was hard going I hired it for a weekend. I started the job just to see how it would cope and it was done in 3 hours. I spent the rest of the weekend looking for stuff to destroy
  19. It's chainsaw acquisition disorder actually Tidy looking 034 on ebay practically the same saw as 036, old style saw and good reputation.
  20. Brake cleaner aerosol and airline, wear glasses and keep your mouth shut.
  21. I can't do push ups because my left elbow is crook, can I have a note for the teacher.
  22. I started when I replied to the first post, can I get up now ? It's hard typing with your nose.
  23. What's a gym ? That's an elbow plank, a normal plank is with the arms fully extended and palms flat on the floor.
  24. But if the saw had not broken the piston stop It probably didn't like you using a Stihl piston stop
  25. TDC is at the top, you don't move down to it
