    Markings?

Off, run, fast idle(part choke), full choke. That's in descending order. Pull the trigger before you try to set choke or you'll break it.
  2. It would depend on how efficient the council is at managing their finances wouldn't it ? If they just see it as an opportunity to put rates up to cover their inefficiencies like the power companies seem able to do instead of using their money sensibly and setting some aside for running costs. We all know which it is going to be so I'm saying it's a bad thing. A friend of mine runs a small shop and has been told his business rates are set to double which will effectively mean it's no longer worth trading. Considering the post where someone is working for the council and also their self surely that is a conflict of interest.
  3. Lifelong guarantee or till I reach the first bend in the road, whichever comes first. No quibbles, can't stand 'em the furry little beggars.
  4. The was a local case where 6 Leylandii were causing a problem growing up against a gable and the owners of the trees wanted £4000 in compensation for the loss of the trees. The case went to court and they were told to remove the trees and the owners moved house after they lost their claim.
  5. Get it off the car with the tow ball and you can turn it upside down and try tapping it with something to dislodge the key plus you can now use the boot.

    App crashing?

Just watched it on my iPhone 4s, messed about rewinding, pausing and forward again then back to the app no problem. It must be these new fangled ones that can't hack it.
  7. We are still on about the saw aren't we ?
  8. Can you unbolt the towball to get into the car boot or is it posh swan neck that doesn't detach ?
  9. I like watching these. You don't see overhead gas pipes like that round here they would probably go missing. Nice work Alexandr.
  10. Poplar is good at absorbing water and turning into mush and the bark peels off it as well so it gets to absorb water even quicker.
  11. If it did the job that's all that matters.
  12. It looks like a beaver took it down

They look more like pupae than grubs, small moth probably.

    App crashing?

Just tried it on my 4s and it worked fine. Check your legal team before you proceed Mark, they're clamping down on it round here.
  17. I got a load of it last year and find it burns fast and leaves a lot of ash like burning paper. I mix it in with better stuff to save getting up to keep loading the fire.
  18. I'd stick with acceptance as acception is an archaic term no longer used...
  19. It's the one with no coil I take it chuck? Just kidding. Take it to bits as a learning experience. Everybody has to start somewhere.
  20. I can sympathise with your neighbour. We used to have a woman next door, first fine day of the year and she would light a fire to burn anything she could find in the garden so we had to shut all the doors and windows to keep the stinking smoke out of the house. Yes it's time to get a house in the middle of nowhere Stefan.
  21. My old saw said 25:1 but I ran it 40:1 for years and still going fine. Why do you need 3 different oils ?
  22. Ours had its second cut a couple of days ago. I lowered the cut and took the tops off all the worm casts and it looked like the Somme but it's greening up now.
  23. That would be the coil.
  24. Just out of interest what is the end of the plug lead connected to ?
  25. Righto, I'll leave it with you.
