  1. I had that happen. It wouldn't go until I had stripped the carb and thoroughly cleaned all of it. It was like glue inside the metering diaphragm.
  2. Not according to their website
  3. Nobody has the 550xp mk 2 in stock, they are reporting out till 30/11/2020 all the shops I've looked at.
  4. Radmore and Tucker and Garden Machinery Direct both show them as in stock, Sam Turner and sons have 3 in stock according to their web page.
  5. No, it's just this thread ?
  6. Oh right, anything I've got with a rim sprocket has a cup washer and E clip.
  7. Do you have the E clip and washer that go on the crank to hold the clutch drum ? I don't see it in your picture.
  8. Have you bumped off your neighbour and now wish to dispose of the evidence ?
  9. He put it in the Chainsaw section because they are chainsaw boots, classic thinking. He is one of a kind ?
  10. totalitarian ? Edit it again Doob, it sounds a bit insulting to the OP ?
  11. We are now playing rock, paper, scissors, chainsaw, brick. I like that you got nearly half way through the brick without finding it.
  12. You need the software as well as the computer and they are not giving it away.
  13. It's made me cry feeling sorry for that poor unloved saw ?
  14. Yes but you have to do the theme tune at the same time, it's obligatory
  15. Everybody misses plogs Stubby, one of a kind mate.
  16. I don't think rim job is quite what you are looking for unless there's something you're not telling us
  17. I started using it in my saws a few years back and never had any fuel line problems. I had to richen the L screw on a couple and speed tick over to get them to idle but that's no problem.
  18. You can pull any listing as long as it's got more than 12 hours left to run. I've sold early then stopped auctions a couple of times and not got penalised.
  19. That's how chainsaws are supposed to run as well not on part throttle.
  20. They should have learnt enough from concrete saws to be able to use it in a chainsaw. TS500i has been out a few years now.
  21. I use a wipe of Hylomar blue or equivalent on base gasket and nothing on exhaust gaskets. Can you feel the ridges above the exhaust port with the edge of your nail ? They don't look too bad try rubbing the cylinder with some 240 and WD.
  22. Is that the ones she sucked the chocolate off but left the rest because they got in her teeth ? I'm not falling for that one again.?
  23. I'll swap it for my old Dynamac, starts and runs like a champ
  24. You could get a 135 for about £180, different chain and bar but similar saw. My early 135 has been good with no problems in the time I've had it, about 6 years I reckon. It has been run on Aspen for most of that time. I have an old Dynamac DY41 from Machine Mart which I resurrected with a £3 eBay carb kit after I thought it was done for which was why I bought the 135.
