  1. Was he onto a money-spinner or what ?
  2. Rumpelstiltskin ? An old bloke broke down on his chariot outside our house so I offered to take him and his scooter back home in our car. I nearly bust my hernia getting it in, they weigh a ton.
  3. Because you don't do sharing
  4. It's in an aviary, it's already caught . Go in with a bag and drop it over it, pull the draw string and stop pandering to the bl**dy thing We've had birds and they soon get used to regular treatment. A £2.99 bow saw from the local diy with a few Sandvik blades will do the job no problem.
  5. Can't she take the owl out for the day while you do the job ?
  6. It sounds like flooding, what oil and mix ratio are you using ?
  7. Like a plug on the inside of the outer casing, got it.
  8. Is it a lighter flywheel and a timing tweak ? That would perk it up a bit.
  11. What stops the oil from going straight through the bar if it uses the tensioner hole ?

  16. Did he scrap it ? My brother in law would have brought it round and asked me if I could do anything with it
  17. These are listed for my 135 with 14" bar as well as the H36. I put a 3/8" Ozaki chain on and can't tell the difference. The description for both chains is the same in the manual.
  18. Will it give the same kind of results when under load as on the bench ? I know my drill will spin happily with zero charge left in it but If I stick the bit in wood or metal it stops straight away.
  19. I've been looking through Gumtree again and spotted this. It doesn't look genuine to me is this what the door to door travelling chainsaw salesmen are selling ?
  20. That looks keen, there are a lot of nerves in finger ends. Keep them in your pocket for a day or two.
  21. Nice looking bitch, my friend has a black one and she is smashing but she can't keep out of water.
  22. That would be two left legs then
  23. I use the same method to lock when the cylinder is removed, it's standard practise for scooters. The Nikasil plating is .002" to .006" thick and is very tough and what look like grooves may be the aluminium deposit. Get some brick acid from Wickes and soak it for 5 minutes then rub it with some production paper as recommended earlier. It might take a couple of goes to get it all off but it's worth a bit of perseverance. 2
  24. Can't have pointy ears, elf 'n' safety an' all that
  25. That would be a log wouldn't it ? It made me think of
