  1. Got to be worth a grand just for the saw I dont get this it aint as powerfull but hey,I have an 880 with only 5/6 hrs use on it got as a replacement after we were burgled and there is no way I would let it go for under a grand but thats what I think other people will think different but they aint perfect like me
  2. Milling Greenheart the only timber my 880 and Alaskan bounced off normally the chain will feed itself into the cut but Greenheart I had to kinda propper make it cut into it but when it was in the cut it wasnt too bad ,comes up real nice put through a planer .I would defo have a go at milling some more but not enough to build a house though but a nice dining table would be cool

  5. I was lucky to get a heap of 1inch pine shelving come out of a doctors just in the skip ran that through the table saw but ran out of that now so when I am milling Cedar I will cut a few inch boards and leave them dry they work out ok but its bonkers how many stickers I have cut ,if I came across some recycled plastic at an inch thick nice and cheap I would be tempted to make some out of that but would need to be cheap ,there may even be a company somewhere that has something like 1x1 plastic off cuts now that would be cool

  13. It might be worth talking to your local demolition company to see it they have any old houses coming down or sports halls etc they may let you reclaim the boards ,there is an add in our local face ache marketplace for reclaimed maple flooring from squash courts £10 sq meter I think .pallet wood floor would be cool but it takes ages to de nail and sand nice maybe a cheap thicknesser would be a good buy we did an off licence for our mate from pallet wood took an age but looked ace
