  1. I bought one new in 96 , 4.2 TD man box , still running it daily , 224000 miles and had no major problems , does about 27/30 mpg . Fantastic tow vehicle , way better than my previous Range Rover .
  2. I've had one for years , no problems to report really . Fantastic saw , run mine on 36" and sometimes a 28" , love it .
  3. Gomataro when needed , but 200t most of the time , I'm lazy at heart !
  4. I've been to see Bruce Springsteen 32 times , all over the world . They don't call him the Boss for nothing , never plays less than three hours solid , awesome .
  5. I mainly use Stihl chains on my Husky's and find the Stihl files get a better edge on the chains , maybe just me ! TS

  7. I was asking a guy yesterday how he liked his , he said he's had it 7 months and been back at the dealer 4 times . Twice for rain water in the passenger floor and twice for engine management faults , which are still an issue . I thought it looked great too , but he said the dealer told him they are getting a fair few back with engine management problems . TS

  10. I run my 395 on a 36" with no problem , superb saw ! Never had a 390 as I have an old 281 . TS

Sounds like an air leak in the fuel system , this causes the fuel to bleed back to the tank , could be caused by a bad seal at the filter or a corroded fuel pipe or maybe a loose rubber to metal hose joint . Sometimes the fastest answer is to run a new hard plastic feed line from front to rear . TS

  14. Skoda Octavia , go well , great on fuel and no major problems . My wife bought a 1.9 TD new in 2005 and it's done 160k trouble free . TS
  15. I run 20"and 24" bars on mine and it's fantastic !
  16. I had a similar problem years ago with an old 254 , turned out to a coil breaking down when it got hot . TS
  17. What about a weaver leather scabbard , that's what I use , Jonsie sells them . TS
