  2. Matt Brooker at treesense has spliced stuff for me before, not sure if he does it all the time but it's only a quick call to ask the question he's over snitterfield way and I think his numbers on his website.

  5. Nice work Adam couple of pics from a mates job, they dismantled the crown and I was just asked to pop in and fell the stick. Not my greatest felling cuts but it came down in the right place safely (661 with 30" bar)
  6. I also thought whitebeam going off the bark but the buds are wrong.

  9. Call them and ask to speak to Robert Penlington TO for Warwick and Coventry, he's a nice enough chap and been helpful on the phone when I've spoke to him in the past (he does split his time between Coventry and Warwick offices though so not always there)
  10. Yeah Bob crick, didn't read your 1st post properly re a more than one day course. Still might be worth a shout as they do sometimes tailor courses to suit companies/individuals requirements if enough people on it.

  14. Evening fellow arbtalkers a friend asked me to id these he spotted whilst out today, seeing as it's not my specialised subject thought I would ask those on here far more knowledgable than myself. Thanks in advance.

  18. I've seen it in prunus, ilex, forsythia, and viburnum bodnantense myself and I think maybe more that I cant remember.
  19. Just took the dog out and it's gusting a fair bit in Warwickshire now but thankfully not to much rain yet.......
