Turned up to do job first thing in the morning got no answer, neighbour popped out said it was out of character for the lady to have forgotten about workmen coming, later that day police broke in and it turned out she'd been dead in her chair for 2 days.

Yes don't enjoy it but being employed means ain't really got a choice if the gaffer says we're doing it. Always keep spare clothes with me anyway as weathermen cannot be trusted!

Hi Tony maybe some things ARE meant to be, I dropped out of a course in horticulture only to be asked 2 weeks later to do some casual labour for a tree company through a friend as he thought it might suit me and that was now 12 years ago! -
Gutted for you nothings safe anywhere, we had a hedgecutter go from the back of the van when one of the lads was in the cab having lunch! He just felt the truck move glanced in the mirror and saw someone jumping into the back of a landy never to be seen again!
