  6. ive often thought this and just assummed that as most things there will be aprocess lol and here it is Teflon somehow sticks to metal better than it does to eggs, but in reality the polymer slides right off of metallic surfaces, too. In order to get Teflon to stick to a pan the metal is sandblasted. A primer coat of Teflon seeps into the tiny holes and cracks. The Teflon is baked into the pan. It doesn't stick to the metal, but the plastic has a hard time working its way out of the nooks and crannies. A finishing layer of Teflon is applied and baked onto the primed surface. Teflon has no trouble polymerizing with itself, so this layer bonds to the prepared pan without any problem. enjoy

  13. for past 20 odd years i have used the following Anything Diesel 15w40 Castrol Magnetec and anything Petrol 5w30 again Castrol Magnetec there is cheaper oils as we all know but in the 20 odd years never had any oil related probs and all machines Vans And Chippers have run great . Maybe some of this is down to Good Maintenance and other service requirements such as grease etc and keeping all linkages to correct spec etc also i have for past 20 odd years used a product Called SLICK 50 again in all Petrol and Diesel as a Friction Reducer etc always had good results and long lasting Machines using the above BUT above all it gives me peace of mind doing so and that is priceless i maybe just LUCKY but id rather be LUCKY with Peace of mind than Unlucky with NO Peace of mind LOL Each to their own good LUCK to one an all
  14. Without checking up i think the Speed sensor takes the Alternator speed to judge when to kick in the No stress mines a 2009 and did the same was kicking in slow but adjusted the Alternater belt to the corrct tension and Kicks on on time everytime also check tension of drive belts as ever little will help if you have a seperate sensor on the flywheel etc then clean and adjust gap on that also it will be either alternater pick up or flywheel sensor
