    Small airline

  4. I use Microsoft word set a proforma up and just type details in the boxes
  5. i always lower angle 4 or 5 degrees still cuts as good stronger cutter and last longer lol
  6. is the actually guide ways at the bottom where the slide slides down completely clear of debris etc making the roller slide box sit fully down if yes then the Roller blades have worn too short
  7. Depends on what the job is as some can be done in rain lol also depends iof it started raining half way thru but if its a no go anywhere day then trusty shed Machine tinkering etc
  8. ive got parts dia for both if ya want me to pm you them and then you can cross reference
  9. i did forget to mention that it takes 2 drive belts as you will know from last time you changed them so 7.99 X 2 oops lol other thing is how old is machine ie has the actuall drive pulleys worn etc but i would guess on 2 new belts correctly tensoined should sort it
  10. this is what the drive belt should be Drive Belt.......................................................A100 £7.99 off Ebay via a company called bearingoptions other companys too
  11. just a question not casting badness but how is the operator actually operating it from time to time is the machine having to really work maybe even hearing belt squeal or even stalling machine hence strecthing belt or making the drive surface smooth another question when you replaced last time was it replaced with the correct one and a lot of time people replace not as per spec for machine , this dosent mean you have to use original all time as long as the spec is the same
  12. you say the belt was replaced a year ago how much use has it had and on an overall view replacing belts yearly is not out of the ordinary and could be good practice Belts from Belt Suppliers not Original suppliers as good if not better at a fraction or the original price
  13. i also notice from pics it doesnt show any serial numbers
  14. missed its a crewcab tipper lol
  15. mines a 2004 and only one battery
  16. OMG that seems a long time ago in 1985 when i started techniques and equipment have come on in leaps and bounds and of course they will keep improving
  17. slightly different but ive only seen them in USA unicender can be applied midline etc
  18. not completely sure re drawbar plate then but from memory same as timberwolf 150 DISCHARGE chute take it off and inside the lip its should be stamped from memory you may have to clean to see
  19. the draw bar as its a single one not an A Frame
  20. on the A frame near the tow hitch can be either side is there not a plate there ? Also take your chute off and serial number should stamped on the lip inside
  21. i see where you coming from now re it wasnt actually tested lol and oh yes over last 5 -10 years defo kit is advancing so much new stuff and mainly the WLL and MBS etc are getting higher Heat Resistent Cordage etc and general Longevity of Ropes etc
  22. another thing to Note is as you say you presented it FAILED next test you washed and Presented again it PASSED was it same inspector as Every Piece of Kit has its on ID Code Could be numbers or numbers and letters etc its so every item is traceable , as this would have shown up on the last Test as a FAIL and when inspected this time he would note as pass i always cross reference with Previous Tests if i have done the Previous one i already have the records but any kit going for test the NEW inspector should be given the Previous test for such purpose along with any Weekly / Monthly Recorded Checks that have been made if same inspector and he cross referenced then bet he was thinking WHATS happening here
