1. Well I manage to get it to lock with a tonne of downward pressure when tightening but it's clearly gonna be an ongoing problem. I'll try the dealership next time I'm up there. cheers for the input
2. Thanks for the replies. As Skyhuck says, it's not a problem with the cap. It's a relatively new saw so repetitive wear seems unlikely. I'll have another look at it today.
3. I wondered if anyone else has had this issue (and come up with an easy fix). I can't get the fuel cap to lock properly. I don't think it's an issue with the cap as I've tried other caps with the same result and the cap from this saw works fine on my other saw. I wondered if I've damaged the thread somehow although there's no obvious signs. Any ideas other than replacing the tank?
4. Does anyone know of a resource for wood chipper operator manuals. Specifically a Jensen a518 di. Cheers
5. Ok. cool. Yes seller's name is adam. I don't know him personally. Have you had any dealings?
6. Thanks for the reply. Not sure. The seller had two of these. Hard to tell from photos but can't see a hand brake and looks like cowl has had previous damage! Jensen A518 Di Chipper WoodChipper Stump Grinder Like Timberwolf Greenmech | eBay
7. Hi all. I'm looking to purchase a second hand chipper and i'm going to look at a Jensen A518Di wood chipper (2003) this week. Has anyone used one of these? How do they compare to tw150 etc? Any advice would be much appreciated!
8. Has anyone got a greenmech cs100 or Jo Beau m500 for sale? Or small'ish Tow behind for that matter. I'm based in county durham but willing to travel to collect for the right machine. Many thanks
9. Thanks everyone. A few helpful links there.
10. Can anyone recommend places to source spare parts for defenders. I'm in the north east (co durham) and i've got a 1996 130 tipper. I'm looking for various parts, notibly body panels, door skins etc. cheers ...i've posted this in the land rover appreciation forum too. Just thought I might get more response through general chat.
11. Thanks guys. I've gone with David Oliver/arbtech. I've hired plant off them for years!. Not sure why I didn't think of them for servicing in the first place.
12. Hi, Can anyone recommend Wood chipper servicing/repairs in the north east of england? Preferably near durham?? many thanks.
13.

Hi. I sent you a message yesterday through arbtrader regarding your 130 tipper for sale. I'd love the opportunity to buy it. I just wanted to stress that i'm a serious buyer and not a time waster. I've been searching for a few months for a defender tipper now and have had the cash ready and waiting for the right one. I live near durham so only an hour or so away. Could you let me know when would be a good time/day to have a look?

Thanks.
