  1. I was once accused of being a racist , on here , for calling a Chinese copy engine ( copy of a Honda GS engine ) A chinker engine . I did not even consider the use of the word ( if it even is a word ) when I posted it but some one took exception to my post . I am not racist by inclination but maybe I should examine how I communicate . At the time I was some what upset that a person would regard me in that way . I have friends , proper friends who are from China , Nigeria , Hungary and Poland and even people from my next village ! Some times things can get out of hand with no malice or intent .

  9. I store mine with a tank full of Aspen but , if you don't use it normally you may have problems with the rubber components going brittle from the use of pump fuel . Not a problem if you use Aspen from the get go .
  10. Spencer tapes are all I have used . Better than most I recon but it is a consumable .
  11. I have nether Snap chat or Facebook , but I am an old git . I go on A/T every night . Don't always post , mostly read others . The Brexit debate has taken up a huge amount on here but that is perfectly understandable . I think that most of the questions come around and around over and over again . Asked by each new influx of newbies . I was one myself . What saw , what stove what mill what fire wood " What ! what aint any country I ever heard of . Do they speak English in what ? .....Sorry after a time you tend to not bother unless its something new and refreshing . Love the bear by the way .

    Overloaded

Get some of the pictures from India . They are masters of the overloaded . Trains are a good example . Sometimes you can't see the locomotive for people hanging off it !
  13. It is for sure the least labor intensive fire wood . Seasons quick , splits easy peasy and burns like Ash/Beech .

  21. This I agree with . You need to vary the revs a lot to start with . Its modern synth oils that dictate this . Remember 2 stokes burn oil anyway . What you are referring to is 4 strokes . Some are of the opinion that on a 4stroke its best to work the engine gently to start with gradually building up the revs using a mineral oil to bed the rings in , then drain , change filter and refill with fully synth .
