  1. Don't sugar coat it , tell it like it is FFS ! ?
  2. That is real bad news . I would be suspicious of were you got it from . My mate had 8 wheeler of round wood delivered , the next day it was gone . We recon it was the same lorry .
  3. Don't see them regularly but rescued one last summer . It was tangled up in some raspberry cane netting .
  4. Should there be an exclamation mark after WOW .like WOW ! ?
  5. There is no such thing as a native pheasant . Most round here are Michigan blue back / Chinese ring cross . Blue backs fly very well but are hard to keep .
  6. First ,Forst, Forst, First , lets call the whole thing off .?
  7. Speedy recovery bud .
  8. How come you not worked since October Andy ?
  9. I thought they all had horns until you saw them off ? Could be wrong .
  10. With the extra wizz from a ported saw you can benefit running an 8 pin to get faster chain speed on shorter bars though . When the bars get longer I find its better to use the standard 7 pin so you can lean on it a bit and use the torque .
  11. I only run an 8 pin on my spud ported 346 with a full chiz and a 15" bar . Also run an 8 pin on my ported 560 with an 18" bar . All the bigger ported saws with longer bars run the standard 7 pin making best use of the torque .
  12. I was thinking more in terms of split fuel hose , or leaking crank seals allowing air into the mix making it run lean .
  13. Funny you should say that . I have . just the one in about 50 years . That's why it took me so long to twig it . I did not even consider a new NGK could be duff !
  14. Probably re built it without fixing the problem that made it nip up in the first place . Don't do that again ! Check for an air leak from somewhere . Also don't use old fuel .
  15. Comp is a little low I would say .

And that lovely smell from the castor ! Reminds me of Castrol R40 . ?
  17. Probably got a TPO on it ........amenity value ......
  18. I have used Carlton on Windsor bars in the past . All good .
  19. Rotatec ? ,................Mornington Crescent ! ?
  20. I have never used them but , from most of the posts about them it seems its a kinda " you get what you pay for " type of thing . Some people say not so good , others seem quite happy . Its your call really .
  21. Is that Damascus " effect " or did you forge the blade to make Damascus steel ? Nice by the way .
