  2. Sorry if you know this but just in case you don't ....The ignition is always in the ON position . Don't touch the red lever when starting from hot or you will flood it . it resets to ON when you push it down from choke .
  3. Don't think there is a best one . Not sure but think they might struggle with a 4 way head . Could be wrong !

  7. They float about like confetti here Jon . Getting some red and occasional black kites as well as hen harriers . Usual kestrels and sparrow hawks . Last summer I saw a hobby take a house martin just over my head . We also get the perigrins and their offspring from the cathedral bell tower in Chichester .....
  8. If you got a 2011 one , as I have , you should be able get an updated carb , an updated starter pull , an updated coil . Mine performs faultlessly . You are right about the decomp popping out under compression only . Can't really help that . Mine on hot start needs ONE pump of primer only .
  9. Hey don't be sorry .... we cool ?
  10. Well I would need it way bigger cos I have a limitless supply of fire wood due to my occupation so maybe it was alittle rash of me to suggest that . Ifg you are selling to "builders bag" people then yep , looks good . Roof needs to be seal;ed though .
  11. Yea but the French did not make it . We did didn't we ? ... Good moaning

  19. Yep . Agreed . Awful thing to happen . Occasionally I go through that scenario in my head .. Keep sharp you lot . Don't want to hear about it .
  20. Hard to tell from pics, but is the roof sealed ? If not it should be . Sorry if it is . The only other thing would be different sizes , preferably bigger ?
  21. Hooning down with cold rain here Jon . Not very nice mate . You all 560ed up now ?
  22. Seriously though . A 560XP works best on a 15" - 18" bar and a 372 will run a 20" - 24" . Thats what I would recommend for those bar sizes as I have them .
  23. You should have had a basket of high tensile sea water with that to hold it together . The QC in the packing department is crap . Take it back ......
