Understood . Have noticed that you need more than 3 sticks on a fire though

Disagree with the " it doesn't burn" bit . Got some on my stove right now and I'm pretty sure its burning .

    Ok I stand corrected . .......
  6. I think it is a "semi pro " type saw . Probably the same as the Husqvarna equivalent . ( used to be a 345 but not sure what the numbers are now ) Got no problem with Jonnies as they are just different colour huskys . Would still go for a full pro saw though . When you say " power to weight ratio " in that size saw it just has to be a 550xp . I have a 560 and rate that and every one I speak to says the 550 is equally as good only lighter .........Try one if you can
  7. Its replaced now with the 550 . even better .....
  8. Got to be a 550 then . 13"-15" bar . Bit more grunt would be 560 on 15" - 18" bar. Loads of threads on here about them.

Pop burns a treat . ( they make matches from it ) Must keep it dry as has been said its like blotting paper if it comes into contact with water after drying . There was a guy on here that said he boiled his central heating burning pop .
  10. If you want throw rather than length get one where you can remove a short section of the bed at the headstock end . gives a bigger swing .
  11. Just like to second that . Spud as fettled a few of my saws including my 200 . Well worth it .
  12. 550 on a 13"-15" bar or 560 on a 15"-18" bar .
  13. Mmmm , there are a few crumbs in between the keys on he key board
  14. I go into " today's posts " Click on one , and another tab opens saying I am a guest . I just blow it away and I am back on the post I selected . No biggie but odd ?
  15. We were doing something similar last year . All signs up , and plasic barriers . Along comes a jogger vaults the barrier rumns through the kill zone without a glance up , attempts to vault the other barrier , catches his foot and falls on his stupid face . I threw my hat down in dismay...........
  16. After bitter cold wind this morning its warm,ed up bit to cold rain Jon !! You all 560ed up now ???
  17. Yep that a crackerjack ! Planked whilst felling , a neat trick !!!!
  18. Nope me niether . Some very technical cutting though ! I believe its called the see-saw cut

    Fake Saws

Absolutely . Ebay is a greedy animal and will just keep taking the money . I don't think it is up to us to keep reporting fakes , Stihl and Husqvarna should have someone employed to monitor these sites and take legal action to stop it .
