  1. Does that whole go through to oil tank? Any chance of a bolt getting through from oil tank side if so like in some Huskies. Had a 394 or something once that I had to cut a slit in the end of the stud to stop it spinning with screw driver whilst the nut was undone- obvs not ideal but not too badder fix neither
  2. If your feeling flush https://www.gustharts.com/climbing-equipment-c1/art-devices-spares-c13/ropeguide-spares-c17/art-ropeguide-2010-with-cocoon-pulley-p77 If not just choke your rope round the tree on a bowline. Personally I just have my rope round the stem below my flip line in the normal way, between that and the flip line you'll not gaff out too far, but not ideal to decent on unless there is a wee peg or something.
  3. No sign of an echo topper?
  4. Reckon all the rubbers will be pretty fine with whites spirit as they should be ok with petrol/ carb cleaner
  5. Nice looking lurcher. What mix of fast dogs is she?
  6. Sounds highly valuable. Nice one for sharing, hope someone gets it
  7. I did sympathise with his recent complaints about everyone should own a compressor and white spirits etc....
  8. Pals 361. Been running on veg and not used for a year. Wierdly it wasnt oiling well . Eventually managed to dig the oil pump out.new worm gear, freed up the pump with diesel/ white spirits. All seems well now
  9. Found a stihl 125bar one with a wobulator for 60quid locally. Thanks for all the help
  10. https://www.boredpanda.com/kid-drawings-things-i-have-drawn-dom/
  11. Very kind thanks. I'm up on Northumberland. Have no particular job for seal puller but have struggled on getting them out in the past.
  12. Impact gun formula 1 sounds are basically why I bought a compressor, all other uses are of secondary Interest
  13. Anyone got a link for cheapo crank seal puller and flywheel one?
  14. Looking forward to pics please
  15. Hi mark, think it'll be the same bar fitting for 076 and 88 whatever you decide! Hope you get sorted anyways! Aye probs up for selling the 084 but not sure on price? Prolly 600quid or so! It's got a new OEM p and p on it.
  16. Great stuff. Was this the one you were after a bigger saw for? Or was that someone else? Get sorted?
  17. Had 240 gomatoro or similar, was fine but found a 300 and bit handier I reckon, especially for reaching out on tips to pull them in a bit. Not a huge difference though really.
  18. Looks nice, where abouts are you?
  19. Personally I'd look at a second hand 660 to 066 but you'll not find a 88 for 500 quid unless your very lucky. or if your set on new an 80cc makita/dolmar https://www.radmoretucker.co.uk/shop/garden-machinery/chainsaws-tree-care/petrol-chainsaws/makita-ea7900p45e-petrol-chainsaw-18/ You'll get parts for them no bother. They are strong saws.
  20. What's yer max budget?
  21. Interesting stuff, thanks for posting
  22. Aye, honestly dont know much about it all tbh. Wasnt referring to common land owned my individuals, more spaces like village greens, verges and other little nooks which over the years have been either claimed by private individuals ( enclosures act, and adverse possession.) or become council owned. Anyways by many accounts spaces where people can camp up have largely disappeared, so not a huge surprise that village greens are often used. I should add that many greens would have been commonly owed ( I think? Now council) and would have traditionally been used for grazing, and drovers. Anyways, think we all agree, no ones likes a mess or anti social behaviour. I just like travelling and camping ( hate campsites) and would live there to be more spots where it's ok to do that ( like Germany, parts of Scotland, free camping is encouraged.)
  23. Worth noting that parish councils often ( illegally) bollard off common land that you have a right to camp on with a horse and have been used as that for hundreds of years because they like it neat and tidy, prim little village greens etc. Quite interesting actually the steady erosion of common land/unowned land Having travelled a fair bit with my family with a horse and wagon, you wouldn't believe what utter cocks are out there. However, we have also met alot of total belters, so not all bad. Now I'm not excusing any wrong uns from the travelling community, but feeling the force of others prejudice definitely does something funny to your head, myself I get pretty sick of it pretty quick and gets me in a foul temper. But yes, I'm led to believe Appleby has changed unrecognisably over the years, not made it over there myself yet.
  24. Isn't only 50quid extra or something for the 550?
  25. Or leave the tripod setup in wood and do the dreamy hard reverse slam brakes on log ejection method back at your spot.
