  1. Ah, seems like a pretty new chain and pretty new bar. Puzzling. I put the tension as per with a normal large bar and chain then just a smidge more as this lopro does seen to pop off its rails easier.
  2. Just Googled ringpuffer. Fairly unexciting results
  3. Getting my monies worth out of every bit of ply
  4. Hows yours going eggs? On boarding and insulating mine the now.
  5. Best of luck. Dont have a place myself but I can imagine it working for someone. Where in the country are you?
  6. Get some more pics up. I'd like to see your chain, rails on your bar and quite a few more of the log. Also check there isn't too much rock on the chain on the bar, if its worn it can push the chain over at an angle and feel like the bar is very burred
  7. I reckon unequal teeth on one side. And a knarly knot/branch at that point. If your watching the top rails of the mill carefully, it cannot rise up that much without you noticing/ preventing it
  8. I've has flakes of fuel line in my carb gauze before which made the saw scream sporadically. I'd strip the carb, clean it and pop a carb kit in while your at it. Tune up afters. Have you tried using the saw in different orientations? Does this make a difference to tick over speed?
  9. Does it surge up in revs or seen to big down a bit at full revs?
  10. Pretty sure gustharts quoted me about 950 for a 880 with no bar
  11. Thanks pal. Have sent and email. Probs in your spam
  12. Thanks. Link doesnt work. Looks like it's a link to a copy of it on your PC?
  13. Could Do with a manual for one of these if anyone had a one or a link? Cheers

  17. It such a horrible feeling after you have just put a saw back together! Done it myself also
  18. Never seen or used one, but they were advertised as being a big American style workhorse. Howd you mean not for arb? More hairdressery?
  19. Unless they are spoken for I'd like to try them on matty. Not far off needing some new boots
  20. Real handy being able to open the back like that. Wtf?
  21. I bet its class. Can tow about 5t. Will be thristy. And expect a bit large for 4x4ing about the woods
  22. Something has to be done about this
  23. Control box looks different as well? I guess so detail pics of the paint job would help as you could see if it used to be orange.
