So we've got a few logs that we don't need... Mixed Arb waste, fair bit of softwood. Some seasoned some fresh. Access for a lorry, possible availability of a loader. Halfords trailer owners need not bother

I would have thought that the manufacturer would have been obliged to take more thorough action to notify the owner, rather than in a few newspapers. Especially as the product had the potential to catch fire in the buyers house (which I believe is where most people would keep a £1000 tv)! Did the supplier have any contact details?

I don't think it's too much to expect a personal notification when £300+ worth of new kit has been recalled for safety reasons. I've no problem with Echo but it sounds like the blokes dealer is a bit lax.

Bit cheap bud when a climber can get that with climbing kit and a topper. Not that I'd be complaining. I can think of a few that would probably use you.

What would you know gramps? It was a genuine question though. I'm not 100% sold on SRT. Some jobs I reckon it makes life harder for me.

Why? In that situation SRT offers no advantage to me. No available redirects, just makes the return a pain in the neck.
