  1. Nah. Rootball was left as habitat. Was gonna leave the whole lot, but seemed pretty wasteful.
  2. Been splitting some Black Walnut today. 30" dia and a 9' stem made a fair bit of firewood.
  3. We have one that must be going on 9 years.
  4. The SIP KIEU so far is very good.
  5. While that may be true of a lot of Echo's I didn't really notice it with the 2510. It was great out the box.
  6. Nah, I've no use for it. I'll see if any of the lads fancy buying it and if not it'll be on its way back. Only used it twice!
  7. Bet you were laughing...
  8. It was an older white line with blue strands. Draco rings a bell?
  9. Lose the visor and get a pair of "safe eyes" to wear on your lid. clarks do them. About 15 pounds
  10. Cold and wet re-re-re-reducing a row of crappy birches. Some days I'd love an office job. Then I remember I'm thick so I stick to cutting trees.
  11. Yup! I thought I'd managed to splice my Marlow dropping line, until I was able to pull it apart by hand with ease!
  12. I wish I was dead.
  13. Have you used the Sugi chain alongside the Stihl Rob? And differences?
  14. Get in! I'll be sending my 280 back unless one of the lads wants to buy it instead.
  15. Yeah but my hitch climber does all that. Does it self tend well? Like a Spiderjack?
  16. Is it a fact Paul? God help me but I've been tempted by a zig zag of late. Can you tell me about the self tending? Before you get into it I'm on Tachyon.
  17. It sounds pants.
  18. Pity it's not as shiny looking as the posh Sugi bars eh?
  19. Ragnar Lothbrok?
  20. Interesting, what's the cover construction?
  21. I have. The lawsuit that resulted was financially crippling.
  22. Preferring software solutions?
  23. One of our lads had a similar problem starting my 660 that Spud ported. I was ready to call him up and demand a full refund. Turns out the lad was just pulling it over like a big sissy bitch.
  24. Looks pretty straightforward. Might have a go at making one. The rope alone would come to £50 though.
