    Lose the visor and get a pair of "safe eyes" to wear on your lid. clarks do them. About 15 pounds

    One of our lads had a similar problem starting my 660 that Spud ported. I was ready to call him up and demand a full refund. Turns out the lad was just pulling it over like a big sissy bitch.

    Looks pretty straightforward. Might have a go at making one. The rope alone would come to £50 though.
