I have had customers ask for a senior citizen discount after the price has been agreed to, with the mean age of about 80 around these parts I tell them it's included and then they ask me I don't see it on my invoice?. I do offer discounts for product when I do Trade shows and the customer usually is compliant, others still want to play the game or get a rise out of you. "Some customers like trees need more training than others". Like billy said welcome to the world of self employment. elg

Create a web-page the printed means of advertising is going away and since I have read about the Yellow pages going as well? Now would be a good time. It is not very expensive and I am sure you can get plenty of help from people in the buis. from ArbTalk elg

Xerxses, FYI I believe you ment to say Jesse Jackson. Just to note The likes of Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton are know as Poverty Pimps here in America. Collectively they have done more to continue to destroy race relations here in the USA than the KKK ever could. Just to let you also know Jesse Jackson was never VP of the USA. You may have been mistaken about that but if he was introduced as such it can be chalked up as another lie of many told by this despicable ruthless person. elg

Two of the Nine High Jacker's from 911 lived 2 miles from my office in Venice, FL. USA. They kept a low profile and learned to fly from a local flying service in the same town. One of my dealers was questioned by the FBI since he remembered them visiting his shop before the attack. Since they were living in town for some time it was entirely possible that I could have met them in public?. They were trained killers on a path of destruction ready willing and able to do what they did. IMO they were not "Freedom Fighters". They were Terrorist plain and simple. What they accomplished in the short term only will in time lead to their over all demise. God Bless America and all of it's allies willing to defend and protect it's land and it people from this pox upon the free world. elg

yew please keep us posted I have a tree next door about 80' tall with a trunk at the base of at least 30". Would love to take down some day and work with the trunk. elg

My number 1 made this suggestion, Double tap and select the text you want to copy. You should see a prompt that says copy. Than double tap where you want to paste you should see a prompt that says paste and than selecte it. Try it. al the best. elg

If you enjoy any birds in the path of the wind turbine you may wish to reconsider mainly because birds+wind turbines= dead birds. You may generate enough to support the investment but you really have to do your homework on this one. Good Hunting. elg

So much for private property rights. My suggestions were at a bare mininum and I do understand that it seems that the bad folks have more rights than the good folks, I guess that is why there are laws to some how protect all, or maybe new laws to protect the lawfull and deal with the unlawfull accordingly, at least thats how it works here in the states. elg

I have a 94 Ford Ranger. I am the Second owner and purchased the truck with 94K miles that was in 2001. Fast forward 7-17-11 still using same truck and at 308-K miles I would highly recommend this truck. V-6 if you can get one, I would not go for the 4 cyl not enough power IMO. Good Hunting elg

oldugly we have the same bias here in the Sunshine State AKA Florida. I have seen men and women together working hard and accomplishing their task at hand and I have had the customers complain and complement the jobs as well. I t really depends on how well you train your customers IMO. Like trees some need more training than others. elg

Try Razor wire over the top of the fence. Run the entire length. If you can set up motion activated cameras and record the little punks in the act. Forward this recording to law enforcement. I might also suggest reviewing my thread, means and methods of protecting your kit from theft it may be help full as well. Good Hunting. elg

It all go's back to Genus-species 9th grade Biology/Botany. The plants of a Genus are often easily recognisable as belong to the same group. Species on the other hand defines an individual plant or tree. Some species can be further divided into sub-species that contain plants or trees not quite so distinct that they are classified as Varieties. On occasion I will use the Genus-species name simple because I remember it from class otherwise I mainly use Common names to keep the drama of trying to sell a job and or my knowledge to a miminum. elg.
