  1. We brew our Tea and Kim usually handles most of that kitchen duty. elg
  2. You could always say your a pin cusion salesmen and it was a sample left in your work truck. Stranger excuses have held up in court. elg
  3. Thanks Milly, I est. I am presently 8% Body fat and once I drop another 4% I will be at the same level I was when I was running marathons, no one said it was going to be easy to run a marathon but than again loosing and keeping off the weight will prove to be a challenge but one i am willing to go for. elg
  4. Good advise, I have lost 30+ lbs in just over a year by no longer consuming White wheat products, Soda, candy, and White Potato's, Can actually eat all of the fruits/Vegies and Whole Wheat products I can handle, along with any meat or fish choice just so long as any breading is Whole Wheat. Biking 3 times a week 10 to 15 miles per trip and weight work out at the Y twice a week. Water, 100% juices and fat free milk take up the rest and I am not going back to work for the Stay-Puff marsh mellow man again! All the best. elg
  5. That is some stout load capacity! I am impressed. Keep the pictures coming, who knows in another life you may be selling the units to other members of ArbTalk! elg
  6. Al your series of pictures for said machine were spot on, thanks for sharing. Although I have mainly seen this type of machine at larger trade shows it is really nice to see the product on the job and the results speak for them self's. I would forward the pictures to the dealer for future consideration of another bigger better model! elg
  7. Kinda looks like the yellow banded Ring neck racers here in the states with a White band?, perhaps the same family. Interesting reptiles and given the right degree of respect very helpful with the Ecology. The poisonous type are always a concern around these parts, better to have a live and let live attitude if possible. elg
  8. We have many and they like to nest in palm's which can make it interesting for close order work. Never have had to defend myself from one while on the job, a bit annoying while out for a night run or bike ride. elg.
  9. Many great and practical suggestions, may I suggest reading my thread means and methods of protecting your kit from theft. Additional useful information for your use. Stay safe. elg.
  10. Plead your case to the service manager. explain that it was an honest mistake, they may help you out afterall. elg
  11. Big J it sounds like you speak Chinese at least some of your points are spot on when it comes to the economic and social policies of Mainland China. elg
  12. What I am saying is endless appeals times thousands of convicted persons is not acceptable and I do know that the appeal cost with your quote is very high. As I stated before if you are on death row you would have 1 appeal and if it was a DNA case also you would have 1 appeal. The lawyers and the convicted persons are and continue to make a mockery of the justice system from an appeal stand point, going back to tort reform. Although Your comment about our spending habits via the federal Governemnt are interesting, I guess if we tried to collect on all of the debt from World War II from all of the countries that still owe the US treasury it would balance out the books a bit and since only Finland paied off it's debt just after the war It would be interesting how many countries the US could fore close on if need be?, by the way I don't think I said that this government sucks although the present occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave sure has been spending like a boat load of drunken sailors and will continue too untill the congress decides to cut the purse strings, time will tell. elg
  13. Rover the stats you quote are a bit squed since I est. 60% of said cost to kill off prisoners is wasted in the appeal process, - 60% and you would be closer to the actual cost, Provide only 1 appeal for non-death cases and also the same for DNA cases and you will clear the back logs very fast and also you will have your true deterent in place. Since the Accused/Convicted know the system is full they and their lawyers will abuse the process as much as they can, go's back to tort reform as well, another topic I am sure. FYI when taking into consdideration the population of the US compared to NORWAY, Try Russia, I believe you will get a better stat to work with, also they do not provide Holiday camps like some prison systems in Europe. Also the Mid-term budget cut was needed since the State of Florida must have a balance budget in order to conduct day to day business, unlike the Federal government spending it's self and the citizens of same country into the ground. That covers some, anything else? elg
  14. Not surprising, Still trying to figure out why companies selling items won't post their retail prices yet when you contact them and you do get the price which is usually pretty expensive they either can't understand your surprise for that price or they have a take it or leave it attitude. At least that has been my experience.
  15. tommer9, not sure where you get your stats so since I live here and try to keep track of many stats regarding crime/punishment I will consider your sources and your opinion. That being said dead men or women no longer have the ability to not harm the living, that is the key. "I am not talking about miscarriages of justice since mistakes do happen and always will" FYI we do not kill loads of people every year in our country thanks to the liberal appeal process available to the convicted members on death row. If we did kill loads of people every year it would deter people from violent crime and save society a great deal for the present and the future, IMO. elg
  16. Funny thing about the past and I recon how much one can learn from it. As stated earlier with DNA cases just recently here in the states a vile of blood from one of the most prolific killers here in Florida was located, his name was Ted Bundy. Mr Bundy was tried and convicted of murder although it may never be known how many persons this man killed he was tried by a jury of his peers and found guilty and did die by Capital Punishment. At the time DNA evidence did not exist yet he was found guilty and with this new find of evidence I am sure that more victims of this monster will be found and more justice will have been served by Science. Although I am not sure if there has been any cases lost due to the science of DNA evidence, I am sure more people in the future will be found not guilty and many more will be found guilty and punished accordingly. Call it a modern day version of and eye for an eye, and let justice be served. elg
  17. Happening here miscarriage of justice taking place and reported on the news mainly DNA cases, that being said I for one of many believe the death penalty is warranted. Further more as more and more violent crimes take place in the UK and in Europe in general the death penalty will return. IMO when my family or friends human rights are violated or taken away, turn about is fair play. elg
  18. Could of been part of a scavenger hunt game or the like. elg
  19. Looks like a real bargin, I do not think I could make something the same size for the price. Go for it! elg
  20. Without any way of knowing much about anything for sale on ebay IMO never buy any Kit from ebay. There are far to many "what if's" and the only certain thing is you will get what you payed for on ebay and chances are you will not be happy. Only buy from someone or some company that you know! Stop the cycle of buying and selling "what if" items! elg
  21. Happy for you sir. Take care and stay smoke free, live long and continue to prosper. elg
  22. Incredibly funny stuff. elg
  23. Treeworld, perhaps DN 22's time was better spent doing more important things. Since time is one resource that is never renewable I think the point is that dealers should treat their customers as they wish to be treated. If it is the same brand product, all dealers must understand that they are all in business together to increase their business! The harder the dealer make's doing business the faster that dealer will be finding something else to do for work. elg
  24. DN 22 you were correct and the Sthil dealer was not only wrong but had a chip on his shoulder as well. The same problems exist here in the states and there is no reason for it at all. Some dealers do not care about their customers even before they walk into their store much less service after the sale. This attitude usually hurts the customer more and the industry as a whole. IMO if one has a warranty problem regardless of where it was purchased the issue must be resolved asap and the customer must be left whole and leaving with the knowledge that the business relationship is still on firm ground. Regardless as to where your product was purchased from, the dealer has the obligation from the manufacturer to take care of the customer first. As a manufacturer I live by this creed. elg
  25. Great Job, looking forward to your next installment. elg.
