  1. Ive seen quite a few offers on sb the one we purchased had come from Cheltenham flower festival so were specimen stock. Must start taking more photos of what we do.
  2. Ive been using that over the last week after our suppliers recommended it after been a bit sceptical at first its turned out to be very capable as you say durable and clean cutting ours is used in the big km
  3. Most of the ones I've seen heavily reduced don't get a next time. Why can't they replant even mature SB are quite reasonably priced we put 3 in last year 14ft 6 ft canopy we paid £190.00 each for them

After getting my 880 off the shelf to sharpen the fuel was stale beyond belief quite rank really i tipped and refuelled if one of my guys had got it out they would of used it as it was and who knows what damage could of been done. I think its the obvious choice for stuff thats not used reg in everything every day I'm not convinced yet. Unfortantly our local suppliers don't have it Whats the minimum order i can have shipped direct Ed

  8. We got wych Elms that big round these parts that big there some in a pile in my yard that sort of diameter smells like crap even when dry

  11. Having heat stroke was one of the worst experiences of my life thought I was going to die. Was on holiday and I had heatstroke the mrs prickly heat one to remember
  12. Dehydration affects me more than anything elsa headaches poor judgment and miserable I'm sure it contributes to heat stroke
  13. How much water do you get through in a day Steve I like a beer after a hot day but find myself drinking 4/6 l of water the next day
  14. It's quite interesting to see others supplying the food trade up until last year we never really had a market during the summer. Now smoking wood and pizza ovens are becoming trendy we sell lots of fruit wood so much so I'm struggling to replenish stock some want cord others chunks and a few logs. Just need to find a market for Apple chip wood now

  17. There's defiantly been a downturn lots of gangs are slow locally. I've not noticed it but were advertising more than we have before and as we other things it would not be as obvious.
  18. If you are looking to build there you will need to play the long game were in a planning battle at the moment and it's stress. I'm to far in to give up but you need to think about it as it will cost a fortune to fight.
  19. We got turf going down on a job tues the firm that do it for us are leaving automatic sprinklers never seen um before so should be interesting Do you use them

  21. To be honest mate when i saw you at the heads of the valley i was going to message you to call in. At the time it was manic with care staff on induction days. We all get something sorted for your next road trip:thumbup:
  22. I would imagine the first week water will be lost very quickly then it will get slower and slower as the water works out from the centre. Do you have any timber thats been sat ages? [years] Would be an interesting comparison
  23. He started mums&tots agin last week and his old friends were a little bit frightened at first but after us showing them what does what they were zipping up and down the hall with him. There was tears from him when it was time to go he's been twice and again on wednesday. He is also starting back to play school as well, we have noticed an improvement in his speech all ready. Its really nice to see Oscar growing up :thumbup:
