  4. But the bigger logs have more air gaps the little ones pack tight together but I do shake my bags Agreed small logs are a pain in the arse bit I charge a premium for them makes it a bit more palatable
  5. Or maybe hire in people that are more qualified than you I mean I no jack but my lads well there genius in there own trade
  6. I'm sorry tom but I strongly disagree the older generation know that they get more the smaller the log so order 6 inch when I get an order for 18 inch logs I rub my hands together.
  7. Blowing dog crap round a garden not in a million years if you need the work that's much then crack on. If I turn up to do a quote I tell them firmly please clear up before we arrive when I did contract mowing if the mower got got crap on it they got billed for cleaning it takes an hour so that's £37.50 if they argued I'd tell them to collect the contract. Why should I turn up at the next job with a mower stinking of crao no way. If a client wants us they will do it our way or no way no messing about since I've taken this attitude our company has gone from strength to strength coincidence I think not
  8. If someone knows your coming and can't even be bothered to clean there dog crap up then they don't think much of you. Not my type of Cliant.
