    laurel I put it round my garden, very robust, plus can be trimmed back as hard as you like.

    At 33 you are a young lad (to me anyway) if you were 43 I think it would be more of an issue. In a strange twist I wish I could retrain as a builder (well at least have the ability to work more on my own house!) Good luck anyway.

    Tthere is no definitive answer though I am told overuse of question marks can cause it! so be careful Huck or it will be you behind the shed inserting high strength supps up your jacksie while the groundsman diverts the client.

    Piles are a fact of life, heavy lifting etc can bring em on, they should only last a week or so, I have had them on or off for 25yrs, it's not new climbing techniques you need, it's refining your suppository insertion.

    TBH I've not used them for years does not seem to matter, the very lightest of touches with a flat file if blunt.
