take a picture of the gland and post it some glands get pushed in to the tube to uncover a wire clip you remove that then the gland pulls out

fleet guard does a radiator caustic cleaner try your local cummins dealer or motor factor

to check track motors pull off the back covers look at the hoses there will be 2 direction hoses 1 x 2 speed travel hose and a case drain hose take it off and check the amount of return flow when the motor is stalled you can do this by putting the blade into a stump etc the return flow should be similar if you don't have a spec. check each pump spool is stroking fully if i am correct the cat has cable operated travel i just done a 302.5 last week that the links were worn on the spool, check the pressures each way and take note of them check the pressures on dipper in as this should bring in all pumps and i think there is summation between the two if the pressure on one side are low swap the service line relief valves round about then recheck if its still the same swap the direction hoses on the centre post and try it again if it transfers the problem one of your motors is on its road out if the pressures are the same but the motor is still slow it could be the pump or straight travel valve thats faulty.this is a general guide to checking motors on most excavator types hope it helps i forgot to add check the return filter for metal on the magnet and bits of seals the brass from the motors won't stick to the mag but will be lying in the filter or the bottom of the tank check that the machine has a case drain filter thats the place to look for brass from the rotary group

I've had first hand experience with celox i would recommend it for your first aid kit definitely amazing stuff even if it cost 5 times what it does i would still get it heres a picture of it on my mates wrist i think its been posted before on a previous thread

at the top left hand side of the first picture is there a crack on that web

that looks like a very poor design i would think it would be better with a boss with a dx/du bush in it and a grease nipple what kind of mewp was it. cheap and nasty design springs to mind

cool that looks quite a well built shear i would like to sees that in action

i think it would work if you fitted a motor to drive the pto but i don't think it would be fast i don't think the tractor hydraulics would have enough flow.if you find out how much flow and pressure you have you can easily work out the power you would have at the motor

same one in your picture but not hi tip theres a filler on the r/h side of the gear case the manual that you put up is for a 400 we both have a 500 with the horizontal engine the 400 has a vertical engine cheers kris

I've used the wee makita top saws for a few years but they got replaced with still 150 but i would be tempted with the echo I've got a few other echo tools and i rate them quite highly

yep even if its cleaned there might be enough crap/carbon on the insulator to track across a plug is only a couple of quid

put a fresh plug in it for a kickoff

i am unsure if its a material handler or a demolition rig looks too slow to be used for material handling they use rigs like that on the continent for hammers and shears the last one i seen like that was at liverpool docks breaking up the seawall

I've had similar before and it was a crappy ping pong ignition coil it drove me bonkers is the coil the same as a 41 if it is theres one here for you pm me if its any use to you
