  1. I've had both mines done they used to be so noisy when i was walking up the stairs in the house i used to wake the kids up the first one locked one day and i had to drive back with my knee locked at 90 degrees wife took me to hospital and they tried to straighten it out .it was the worse pain i ever felt the second one was done a couple of years later i found cycling helped me strengthen up again and i was off work 3-4 weeks
  2. very cheap disposable chipper use it for 2-3 years then chop it in and buy another
  3. the breather on the tank should hold probably about 15 psi this is to stop cavitation on the pump
  4. redrill the wheel to take them the green teeth are 38mm centres with 17mm holes its relatively simple to do worse case you have to remove the wheel to do it
  5. do yourself a favour and change it to greenteeth if the disc won't take them get it modified to take them its a far cheaper system to run
  6. if it blows the seal out i would say you still have excessive back pressure is the return filter choked or possibly not big enough
  7. the company i work for has a 2013 4x4 iveco up for grabs with a brand new bucket boom on it if anybody is interested its been lying in stock for a while i think it was a cancelled order
  8. there was a thing on telly a wee while back and they reckon its the moisture in the tree that gets superheated that causes the explosion mighty impressive
  9. yep most bearings bushes belts are pattern parts and can be bought from elsewhere

  16. yep both of our vans have had them changed as well and dealer had them in stock so must be very common fault
  17. the bolt on grousers look like they would be simple to make with some profiles and a jig i like to see stuff like that simple but effective what happens with the area once you've mulched over it does it get grass seed scattered over or is it just left to regenerate
  18. was this at jenkinsons next to the m74 it looks like there plant in the background
  19. i would like to see how much smoke it makes whilst burning this stuff i tried small stuff in my boiler and it smoked pretty bad i think it gasified to easily and too quickly

  22. that first pic doesn't show the scale very good until you stand a man next to it thats a fair size lump of a tree
  23. whats your dealer name as i was looking for a hydraulic cylinder for a metal shear not that long ago and the same machine will be due a set of blades
  24. try your winch with a volt meter on the battery it could be the winch has a short in the windings and its kicking the stop solenoid off
  25. do you need a felling license in scotland
