1. I am, i try to get every year if i can. This year is the first time that i will be taking my daughter, she is only 9, and very very excited.
2. I drive wagons when work goes quiet, but lukily i have been a able to stick to joinery for last few years tho. But still need to get the driver cpc done.
3. Wish i had my cs31, i might have squeezed in a weekend for free, just for the experience.
4. Really impressed with that ian. well done.
5. As ianw says, find a dealer and try them both out, we all have our own opinions, you need to sort yours out now bud.
6. Thats useful to know, i,m after a decent brushcutter.
7. I recently did my cs30 with a small husqy 135, a small light weight saw, mainly for home use. When i go back later in the year,to do my cs31, i'm taking my makita 4300 as thats the saw i use all the time. Its up to you what you get, but dont dismiss what dealers you have around you, for both servicing and parts. IMO i'd go for a husqy.
8. I was thinking for a 36 bar. thanks
9. would you say then that the 9000 series would make a good milling saw. thanks.
10. Does anyone have experience of using the big makita / dolmar 9000 series. Are they any good.

13.
Hi Rob, just letting you know i have signed up to your website, and will shortly be placing an order for a bar and chain for my makita 4300, as my previous email a while back. cheers. harvey.

14. Cheers steve, it is the td4 that i fancy.
15. Steve, what kept going wrong with yours, i keep toying with the idea of getting a freelander to pull a small caravan. Are they worth it or not.
16. Always wear a watch. Just buy a cheapo casio every other year. works well for me. Never owned a 'best' watch. i woudnt mind tho. never wear any other jewellry at all.
17. Very nice work, i too am interested in the joining / support bracket detail if poss.
18. Have you thought about a dremel. Like the idea for the newel post.
19. why not and get the makita repaired by a pro, thats what i would do personally. If not my dad has a husky 135, its a homeuser saw, and its a decent piece of kit and around your budget too.
