  3. My caravan only weighs 1300kg fully loaded, as its only a 2 berth. My wife really fancies the sportage so going to look at them in more detail. As for the engine, it will be the 2 ltr i will be looking at. Im old fashioned in that a bigger engine equals more pulling power, not into small engines with turbos etc. i believe the 4x4 system is electronic on these as well.
  4. After talking to my trusty mechanic, i have taken a new direction and now looking at either the kia sportage or the honda crv, both of which will do what i want. So any thoughts ?

  11. Hi steve, thanks for looking. The oak or beech would be just fine. It doesnt have to be exactly 3" it can be a bit less. Could you give me a price please. cheers.
  12. Option one, definately steve, and like i mentioned earlier, it must be 600mm in length and 75mm diameter or there abouts. cheers.
  13. Hi Steve I was hoping you would reply. It is for functional use, its for my wife who makes cakes etc and is always struggling with a standard size rolling pin, thats why i have asked for those dimensions. Not got a clue about colours, but would like something thats got a nice mixture (if that makes sense) of colour / grain. Any ideas ? Cheers Harvey
  14. Hi. Is anyone interested in turning me a nice straight rolling pin, 600mm long (usable length) and 75mm diameter. I know beech is normally used but is there any nicer more colourful wood that can be used ? Thanks Harvey.
  15. Im with tesco. Pay £24 a month for both me and my daughter, no handsets. Bought daughter a J2 at £120 and she's over the moon with that. Me, i've a £20 quid nokia and its brill.
  16. I have npors telehandler and counter balance flt, never had any problems as such.
  17. I would just use a large diameter flute cutter. As for make, that is usually hit and miss, Trend are normally the ones to go for, but sometimes a cheaper one can be just as good. is there any chance of putting a picture of your sled up, as i may have to make one shortly. Cheers
