  7. IMO hilux is one of the less juicy 4x4 s, suzuki vitara might be cheaper to run,but youll look like a hairdresser

  10. priced a garden clearance that looked like a nightmare at 1.5 days (a grand) a couple of months back,finished by lunchtime on 1st day,customer happy,i was ecstatic!
  11. need to replace my winch cable and have seen this stuff on e bay,10mm min breaking strain 8.5 ton,is it as good as steel cable? Would be much nicer for dragging up banks over brash piles!hasanyone any experience of it?
  12. think dean talking from quick seasoned fire wood point of view? personally i have good working relationship with local TO (bo walsh),i think if i started ring barking trees in iffy areas it would decline rapidly
  13. my main loss comes when i have a day when i try and squeeze a few 'small' jobs in,always underestimate set up/clear up on the little ones,price em think blah blah 2hrs when in reality with travelling/faffing about there about 4 hrs.They nearly always catch me out!

  15. Thats exactly what i wanted to hear! I reckon the 084 is gonna be the only stihl left in my stable come this time next year.(i just put a 25" bar on it,awesome!!)
  16. you get the form from post office fill it in,hey presto,ag reg. Then the first time the ministry/vosa see you be prepared with lots of lube, you cant just run untold miles full of chip from domestic jobs, and as for the red diesel side of things there have been numerous threeads on the subject. good luck
