  3. this is gonna make me sound really dumb, reduced a beech in jan,nothing too drastic,maybe 20%,and this year its only come into leaf on the lowest branches,is it possible for new growth to appear next year in the upper canopy?or is a year with no leaves game over?im assuming the latter but really dont want to take it out unless 100% sure,cheers

  9. very true,was speaking to bloke that lives just up from it,walked his kids back from school past it and heard it go over 20 seconds later
  10. got called out to this last night,bloke got out with out a scratch,cleared it today,it was a nightmare of tension/compression! Think he defo lost one of his 9 lives

  13. was slightly over ambitious today and went through proper deepflood in my D22,got through it (by the skin of my teeth:blushing:) but on other side clutch pedal went to floor and horrible rattling noise,clutch arm rattling against its hole in bell housing.anyway,after stopping and not being able to get in to gear i started in 2nd and after 100yds everything ok,any ideas? im assuming it nothing terminal just swamped clutch?

  23. yep,a ton of nearly seasoned birch is gonna be big volume compaared to most other hardwood
  24. drive past yours nearly everyday and pretty sure ive not noticed an increase in logging activity!!small minded daily mail reader probably,theres a lot of them in our neck of the woods
  25. just seen on e bay someone selling 4 cubes for 150!!!!as many as you want!!might just buy it all in then sell it on at my prices,insanely cheap:confused1:
