Used to get 300 miles to a tank at 75.00 Got shut for a navara that did 400 miles to a tank at 75.00 Now run a ranger and get 380-400 miles a tank at 65.00 From the l200 to the navara it was day and night! never would i have one of them again
  2. Interesting stuff all this! What would be suggested for the stump?
  3. Ive seen a few drop off in health due to needle blight i think its called. All needles turned pinky colour and most gave up
  4. So the conclusion of this is to run it on 540 at idle? Or 1000 on idle? Like said if you put on 540 and increase revs then you can eat up the oil etc?

  11. Haha i wasnt on that job. I was on a job a week or two after when we deove near by and you told me lol Lads have recently left jumpers, helmets ad brushes , shovel and bin on various different sites
  12. How did you disciplin yourself when you left a 200t on site a few years back near IanC's? Lol
  13. I cant be arsed with billets although current splitter can split 26-28" i think. I do like the look of the balfor sc750 sawbench. Might feel a cop out to buy one instead of a processor but my timber varies so much and quite a bit of 12" plus leads me To think a sawbench and pto splitter would be the way forwards
  14. Forgot to ask will these processors fit in a container once folded down?
  15. yeah, last one i used had a chain saw. its between a japa 700 and a japa 370 up to now. Japa 700 look very flimsy on the demo videos... esp the blade guard and the personel guard from the blade
  16. Do people prefer a big disc or a chain saw for their processor machines?
  17. Woohoooo what do i win Dave?
  18. Still thinking Limited price as buying other gear so limited choice
  19. I will be doing approx 100 cube a year allready have a hydraulic splitter on a mf30e, splitters got a but ram so powerful but slow. A lot of my wood is mixed sized. Anything over 12-14" is usually cut into rings Cheers
