  20. So how do you get on with those that are worth more than you offer because of this flat rate scheme? Surely theyre miffed that they do more and are better (as seen in your eyes too ) but are subjected to a wage that everyone gets? same wage asthe guy that doesnt pull hus weight and leans on the brush all day?
  21. Used to use a 14" years ago but have changed to 12" and feel its a good combo. Will be going back to 14" soon as bought a load of chains in at a bargain price

  24. Great news! Good to know where this kind of kit goes! Hidden local then moved? Or straight to docks? Must be hard to flog one in the uk?
