  1. Have Clarks stopped selling it?
  2. With conifer it's the sap or whatever it is👍
  3. It was Hawthorn- don't think got any sawdust, etc. in eye..
  4. I was reducing hedge other week and eye seemed to sting/sore and not be due to sweat, etc. Had wondered if the e10 had caused it. Had additive in as well..
  5. I think it will be- Summerfield Books i think the seller is... Thanks👍
  6. Does anyone recommend - The Body Language of Trees... by Klaus Mattheck. For tree inspections. It's £87. Is it worth it? Or any other recommended similar books? Thanks
  7. The 36v top handle seems to have more bollocks than the rear handle- but for safety get the rear handle for ground work. Better suited for hedge work. The 18v is great in the tree but i really would not use it for hedge work. A silky sugoi be better..or a billhook.
  8. I've got the AA Fungi on Trees book. Just looked up your book- might get in future! Is the fungi harmful? It's a mature Ash in my field at home. About 15 years ago i dug a pond near it. It knocked the foliage back for a year or 2 with root damage, but not seen any fungus on til this one..
  9. I would NOT recommend the 18v for hedge laying. The 36v rear handle would be much better.
  10. Thanks👍
  11. Does anyone know what this fungi is? About 5inch width cap. Base of Ash. Thanks
  12. If it's the one i saw- blunt chain and nice barber chair..
  13. ISC and DMM metal products- no fixed lifespan. 👍
  14. Looks like Honey Fungus in my book..
  15. Bit of a minefield for inspectors!!
  16. Yes correct👍. I have the 18v and 36v top handle and 36v rear handle. The top handle seems to have more power than the rear handle. The 18v has more or less taken over from the Silky Sugoi..Hedgecutters have not been that reliable but worth it with the 3yr.warranty..
  17. My old 365 bad starter- wd40 on ht lead/plug cap helps..
  18. Oregon mulching blade great for brambles. Etc. 9 quid on amazon
  19. Rock Machinery 13hp venom. £1700 so maybe too much expense for domestic...
  20. Got an apple tree that would get scabby fruit. It seems to be ok last couple of years. Prob just a fungal spot.?
  21. Well spotted- i never noticed the edges.
  22. 👍Hundreds or more hybrids so sometimes just guesswork. Grown a few from seed and sometimes offspring nothing like the mother...
  23. Think leaves too narrow- more like viminalis(osier)- poss a hybrid..branches do look like Crack..
