  2. i made a side rack for transit,partitioned for hand tools/fuel cans etc, left top open for loppers/shears/sprayer etc, still plenty of room for mowers, made some hooks on other side to hang steps on,other hooks for coats etc, but no matter what i do i always need more room !

  6. price per metre,£60 p/m for 1.8m high, £50 p/m for 1.2m high you wont go far wrong at those prices, see if you can buy a pallet load of remix , will be cheaper that way

  12. i would go with a 50/60 cc saw, theres a nice jonsered 2250 on the bay for £359 brand new, same as husky , just red, be rude not to
  13. ha ha, good one, fart around with plants and speak latin, guess i could have worded title better. basically need someone who knows their plants etc and can pot and maintain spring , summer and autumn stuff

    im surprised steve (spudulike) hasnt given his words of wisdom about how the saw came to sieze in the first place,i would hate to see the saw rebuilt then sieze again due to a problem that has been over looked, where are you spud lol

  19. i wouldnt trust the chain after that, but you prob have thought of that, glad the saw is good to go again

    you would regret it if you did, when i couldnt get parts for my 153, i scrapped it, few years later with the help of ebay and forums like this, i found i could have got the bits i needed, gutted, hope you can get the old beast running again, i will keep my eyes and ears open mate

    just looked at my 153 piston, thats 54mm,reckon, ct/166 would maybe be a bit bigger??ill ask at my dealers when im there next, they may have a scrapper in the store
  22. Anyone else have problems with the old booze, apart from it tastes so good been a regular drinker ( every night) for past 25 years im now trying to go without in the week, but its so damn hard dosent affect family life/job/bill payments etc but just thinking maybe its time to curb it a bit

  24. ill say hello, i worked for bill,andrew and les when they had the sawmill,when i went s/employed i continued to use andrew for my fencing,ashley and caroline both involved now also:thumbup1:
  25. always cut upwards , slow and steady and i find the longer the cutter bar the better, short bars dip in and show up on tight packed thuja and yew, take your time ,on the tops i cut with first pass then clear the top with your bar inclined 30 ish degrees and 3rd pass have cutters running
