  1. if your worried about narly wood then get a dalen more money but more machine and can easily handle most things also i don't think anyone has mentioned the added costs as everything gets bigger so ideally you need a loader tractor and telehandler to handle the processed wood and to get the processor working at its best you either need a log deck or a second person if you have a logdeck you need a machine to load it if an extra person you need to pay there wages
  2. they have cameras mounted on lamp post round here if there is a cycle race not so many or the same kind but it might be similiar as some of the marshals can get awfully strange if a cars in the way which might explain the numberplate taking

  8. 205 by what stick with 205 but find tyres where the second number is bigger for anyone thats confused on tyre sizes heres an explantion i stole 235 70 R16 109 H 235 mm across the tread 70% of 235 is the wall height R16 is the wheel diameter in inches 109 is the weight restriction H is the top rated speed
  9. or another sugesion for breaking the bead is a bottle jack on the side wall and the jack onto the bumper of a truck or something also i think washing upliquid is meant to be good to help get them back on

  12. were not all like that i've just finished rebuilding my landrover my dad helped me with electrics and spraying but i did alot i did atleast one of everything so like with axles he did the bearing oneside to show me and i did the other there are a few kids in the landrover world who are amazing with what they can do and how they don't seem to have learnt it anywhere
  13. you could get one of the lifts using four jacks there are varios ebay companys selling versions of these for different money Car Lift Platform 3m Long x 1.8m Wide x 3' High (1.95m between post) (Y650) - Frost Auto Restoration Techniques Lift Platform 3m Long x 1.8m Wide x 3' High (1.95m between post)&catID=&frostCat=&frostSubCat=&subCatID= or drain all liquids and put it on its side you can lift some of them or pull it over with your van and a load of tyres on the ground or you could lift it up and stick it on four axle stands halfords do a set with varios bits of kit quite cheap
  14. i think halfauds will do one single rear plate without logbook some companys will i think you only need a logbook to get a pair or atleast a front one

  17. the chipper at work has the system you sugest it has a big box section frame side fead and a pin type hitch i thought the guys said it was gp but can't find anything on the web could be junkari as i am slightly deaf
  18. have you tried nfu lancaster footman james the post office are meant to be quite good with odd vehicles sky insurance ( has to have 2 modifications)
  19. the gp at work has a hitch fitted right out the back either that or get the pickup hitch (some are specifically desighned to bolt on to a flat surface rather than a particular machine ) or fit an extension to your trailer draw bar
  20. i have a set of ess ice and they are great i use them for brushcutting although the clear lense is now a bit crap as we were in blackbury patches i also where them for airsoft and have never had a pellet enter round the side of the glasses like the bolle ones tend to do also oakley do full wraparround glasses
  21. you will find it difficult to run if you have electronic fuel injection as that will require a heater in the system and still may not run if its a mechanical fuel pump the difflock link above should give a percentage of how much you can mix in summer or winter
  22. footman james TPFT its insured as a classic with limited milage to 5000 free breakdown cover and 30 day europen cover and legal cover if my dad where to hold the policy without me it would be £50 fully comp but it is my own policy with only me dad as a named driver
  23. in the full report it said he had no way of knowing the car was there and due to her driving he did not see her at any point and did not feel the vehicle there i should think its takes a lot to nottice something when traveling in a vehicle that heavy at motorway speads

    it lifts up when you drop the tailgate for tipping so that the tail gate gets pushed out of the way of the tow ball otherwise the tailgate gets bent
  25. not got any expirience with that one but the single cylinder ones will last forever we have one in a lawnmower that we think is over 40 years old and starts first time every time we have an 18hp twin cylinder aswell which is powerful its very second hand but has vibrated the dizzy cap and several other parts apart also when ever wev'e wanted parts they've had to come from america so upto 3 weeks waight
